— BACKGROUND :
	from the day he was born, nobuyuki's life had been planned out from beginning to end. his parents, despite the kingdom being known for it's cheerful and inviting ways, were extremely hard on their two children. nobuyuki was the little brother therefore he wouldn't rule but despite this his parents forced him to learn all about architecture and send him off to multiple kingdoms to bond with potential husbands and wives when he was only around 9. despite all this, he was mostly cheerful and always made sure everyone saw a smile on his face even if he didn't feel that way. his older brother was his life-line, always telling nobu it would be alright and that his parents only wanted what was best. even though he didn't believe it, he would always feel his spirits rise and his smile feel a lot better on his face.

	around 12, nobuyuki was introduced to tetsuhiko, the heir to the ozaki family throne, who supposed to be his fiance despite him not being nobu's soulmate. his parents didn't believe in soulmates so they ignored the stories he always told about talking to his soulmate in his dreams and how much he loved that voice. no matter how much nobu protested, he was forced to deal with the arrangement and endure the much tougher lessons he learned a prince. this was also the point where his parents stopped allowing him to go outside without being escorted and had to spent most of his time in his room rather than roaming the halls as he pleased. despite how his brother tried to cheer him up, nobuyuki decided to abandon his constant happiness and express his emotions as he pleased and the kingdom's normally sunny days turned into rainy one's as nobuyuki's mood worsened as the stress and pressure his parents put on him increased. he had to see tetsuhiko more frequently, he had to learn the ins and outs of architecture and about all the other kingdoms despite not caring in the slightest. given the child he was, nobu wanted to be able to go outside, make friends and just get to know his subjects in the kingdom. he grew more frustrated and angry with his parents and even his brother who did seemignly nothing to help his situation. his whole world seemed to end at 19 when he and his parents were given the news that his brother had died, been assassinated at that. nobuyuki didn't know what to do with himself. he was hit with so many emotions at once that he felt like he was dying. his kingdom had the worst storm in all it's history that day and his family also realized that nobuyuki had powers no one else did.

	after the storm passed, nobuyuki was pampered beyond belief. once his parents knew how his mood affected their weather, they wanted him to be happy always. no matter how they treated him like he was ruled the world, he just couldn't be the same. he mood began to change so easily now that no one knew what they could and couldn't say to him. if someone said something even mildly depressing or he didn't like it, he would become sad and it would rain until someone told him a joke of some kind that made him happily clap his hands smile just as bright as the now visible sun. he tried to find something that helped keep his emotions together because he knew he was putting his kingdom and maybe other parts of the world through things that didn't deserve because he was a big baby. he was never fully able to get a hang of his powers because when he was just getting a hang of controlling his emotions and their weather connections, he was sent to the prince protection program after almost being attack and killed by hit men. no one is sure exactly why it happened but his parents thought it best to send him into hiding.


— PERSONALITY :
	nobuyuki is a complete wildcard. there is no way to predict how he'll act. majority of the time he's like a puppy, loud and all over the place. he likes to be able to see everything and understand it all since he spent a lot of his time in his room with only learning materials. he's so curious that he has the attention span of a gnat, going from one thing to another very quickly unless it interests him a lot. he often yells and shouts instead of just speaking, not realizing an just getting caught in whatever has his attention at the moment and rambling on about nothing, not even stopping for his questions to be answered. he is very moody so the smallest of things can change his mood, making him the wild card he is. his reactions to the same thing also differ depending on the time of day or just what day it is. this makes him more of a 3-D person rather than just a big puppy with no dimension. he switches mainly between happy, sad and angry. when he's sad, he often just likes to be alone and think about his brother along with other things that often occupy his thoughts. he discard his immature shell and actually takes an adult approach to things rather than just smile and laugh it off. when he's angry, he's a monster. he doesn't think or consider other's emotions before acting, like an animal. he screams and throws thing around the room at whoever or wherever just because he can. at extreme times, he can get very violent and attack whoever is nearest to him or who touches him during his fits. normally, he can just calm down if someone brings up something he likes but there are times when nothing is able to clam him except just being able to let out the feeling he tries to suppress.

	all in all, he's still a child but a very stressed and slightly unstable one.  he tries his hardest to the person his brother and parents want him be but he just can't which makes him feel like he isn't good enough to be related to them. the fact that how he feels makes thing harder for everyone else adds onto it and makes him suppress his emotions so he can be happy all the time. he knows that it isn't good for him but as long as the people around him are happy, he knows that it'll be alright. he always neglects himself because he feels like he's below them all, ruining their lives just because he's upset about something.

the maki kingdom of osaka specializes in architecture and prides themselves on being the most creative and kind kingdom there is. the royal family and it's civilians have been building grand buildings all over the world for years and many artists and famous architects are from there. they don't have a specific type of building their better at building than others, making them quite well-rounded in their field. their money comes from accepting jobs from other countries to build things like monuments for them.

— INDICATION : nobuyuki has dreamed of his soulmate his whole life, the male visiting him in his dreams an talking about any and everything. around the time he turned 13, he also began to get different messages or symbols that represent how his soulmate felt on his stomach. when he meets his soulmate, the dreams stop and the message on his stomach now reads 'you found me'.

— WHY SHOULD YOUR CHARACTER AND THEIR LOVE INTEREST BE TOGETHER? :
nobuyuki and his love interest should be together in order to keep nobuyuki stable and under control of his powers. because his love interest is so calm and collected, he wouldn't rile nobu up too much but also wouldn't allow him to become upset. the two balance each other out well and help them both to understand the things they couldn't without someone special beside them. nobuyuki knows he isn't very smart or helpful a lot of the time but with his soulmate, he knows that he can change for the better and help his kingdom when he's able to return home.

— RELATIONSHIP :
↷ in the beginning, they'd probably be considered forced friends. nobuyuki, being the person he is, would instantly attach himself to his li and try to get as close as possible despite knowing that he's seen only as a mission. he'd be determined to get his li to talk and act like they really were friends, sometimes even faking fits for it. his li would be upset, mostly because he knows that he can't really yell at nobu and because he'd very much annoyed because it's only a mission and nothing else.
↷ in the middle, his li would (reluctantly) open up more and allow himself to nobu and they become what could be considered friends. nobuyuki is still his nosy and loud self but his li would be more open to it and sometimes play around with him as well, despite knowing it probably isn't for the best.
↷ in the end they'd most likely date, IF nobu is able to find some way around his fiance. nobuyuki isn't an asshole so he wouldn't cheat on tetsuhiko but he also wouldn't be eager to marry. he'd fight it with all his heart to be with his soulmate but if things don't turn out how he wants, he'll still keep trying for the two of them to be as close as possible.

— TYPE OF RELATIONSHIP : their relationship would probably be really cute but with heavy sexual tension ad time goes on or when the two are alone. given nobuyuki's personality, he'd be oblivious or just act that way when others are around but when they're alone, he feels like he can be a tease and flirt as he pleases.

↷ in the beginning, they'd probably act extremely annoyed and serious around nobuyuki. they're focused on their mission but because of how loud and childish nobu is, they can't help but be annoyed with him. the annoyance turns to frustration and will sometimes probably burst out in a yell or scolding that upsets nobu, making them both suffer.
↷ more in the middle, they'd probably be used to it and figure out that the only way to get him to stop being as annoying is to just give him what he wants. his li would be more open to teasing and acting like friends, the seriousness slowly melting away and the two can both be comfortable.
↷ towards the end, they'd be in love but that'd only send them back into the awkwardness and seriousness. his li wouldn't know how to handle it because he couldn't possibly get away with falling in love with his mission. he'd flirt more and be a tease just like nobu but he also feels uncomfortable with it becasue nobu is to be married and he is on a mission which makes him worried and confused.

↷ in the beginning, nobuyuki is very desperate to get his li to like himand treat him like an actual friend rahter than a mission. he'd ask lost of questions and invite his li out to go to places that aren't very crowed so the two can bond. he knows somewhere in his heart he;s being annoying but he won't really register it when he's yelled at or scolded which turns everyone's mood sour and the weather depressing.
↷ in the middle, nobuyuki will tone down his annoying antics and be grateful that his li is opening up more. nobuyuki would be so happy that he'd share all his precious comics and lego creations, wanting the two to bond a lot more than they are now. he'd engage in little skinship, holding hands or latching himself to his arm but he, like all people should, knows boundaries and doesn't try to go further than that.
↷ in the end, nobuyuki would be very conflicted and unsure what to do around his li. he loves him, always has, but he knows he can't cheat on tetsuhiko which makes him want to distance himself from his li. he tries to be his normal self but always ends in a cringe as he does something that just makes both of their affections grow. he doesn't tease and flirt a lot without realizing but he, all in all, doesn't know what to do around his li.

— INTERACTIONS :
↷ in the beginning the relationship is very forced and serious, filled with awkwardness becasue nobu is pushing for the two to be friends while his li is doing the opposite. nobuyuki would often force skinship by grabbing onto his li'd wrist or laying on his lap. as time progresses, they get much more comfortable together and are able to talk and joke around. the skinship is less forced and comes very naturally to the two. the flirting and teasing starts around this time, winking and implying things when no one is paying attention. in the end, they're back to stage one and aren't as comfortable around each other. they do still flirt which adds to the sexual tension they have but they both unsure if they should pursue a relationship or keep it a business relationship.
