Rohan was a small boy who grew up in a small town in Japan, focusing on his dreams of becoming a professional mangaka. His first inspiration was a woman he met while he was a young boy. After seeing her beauty, he made her the main character of his manga that he was drawing for a contest, but after seeing it, she ripped up the drawings, and ran away from Rohan, never to be seen again. http://imgur.com/a/1uEwS He made his debut as a mangaka at the age of 16, creating his hit series "Pink Dark Boy". He takes his manga very seriously, to the point where he has planned the entire story out all the way up to Part IX, despite the series being nowhere near there.

When Rohan came back to his hometown for some peace and quiet, he was stuck with an arrow that gave people stands. http://i.imgur.com/1c1p0NJ.png?1 This gave him his stand, "Heaven's Door", and using its power, he furthered his manga career even further, by using the memories of people as inspiration for his stories. After abducting Josuke's friends, Josuke must come to the rescue and save them. Rohan is beaten by Josuke, and from that point on, decides to stop using his powers for somewhat evil purposes, and helps Josuke and friends on many occasions.

  7. After being beaten by Josuke, Rohan discovers a ghost who was murdered 15 years ago by a serial killer. At first, he doesn't care much about her, and reluctantly agrees to look into the case. However, after doing a bit of research into the matter, he discovers that the woman who was murdered was actually his neighbor, who saved his life before being killed by the serial killer. From that point on, he spends the rest of the manga searching for information on the killer, all while getting into wacky situations that you'd only see in Jojo.

  13. Heaven's Door is Rohan's stand. It's power is quite interesting, and one of the more unique stands of the series. If the victim sees a drawing that the user drew, they will fall victim to this stand. This opens up the user's body like a book, allowing Rohan to read the memories of the victim. http://imgur.com/a/IhGvS This power allows Rohan to do a variety of things once the victim is opened up. After a certain point in the manga, Rohan gains the power to create a drawing in the air that will still activate his stand http://i.imgur.com/JwRtvi0.png, allowing for his power to activate even more easily.

  16. After using his power, Rohan can read his opponent's like a book, and read their memories.

  28. Another aspect of Rohan's ability is that he can write commands on his victims, that they must follow, whether they are willing to or not.

  61. -It should be noted that the Jojo Light Novel, Jorge Joestar, has stated that Rohan survived the entire universe resetting multiple times because he didn't notice, as he was too busy drawing his manga. This novel is also stated to be non-canon, so take that with a grain of salt.
