Something dark is growing at Westfield Valley High school.

There’s Johnny, whose social isolation has left him feeling like a spectator in society; Billy, a self-destructive but introspective teenager; and Brandon, a well-meaning country boy and son of a local retired police officer, who starts acting out after developing a relationship with Billy. Their lives are on a crash course that can only end in destruction.

Johnny has been acting strange, and soon, he starts hearing voices, craving violence. More than anything, he wants to hurt his main tormenter, Billy. Johnny’s strangeness doesn’t just affect him. After interacting with him, Brandon starts seeing things, dark images that won’t leave him. Violence and rage are demanding to take over, and how long does he have before he gives in? And can one boy really have all this power? All Brandon knows is that there’s something wrong with Johnny, something dark lingering inside him. It’s only a matter of time until that darkness wins.
