- Realizes PF's goals via research and development (R&D); Works with the other board members to realize and implement the results of R&D

- Guides PF towards its humanitarian goals; Conducts research in pursuit of these goals

- Recruits new members, publicizes our project, finds potential partner organizations, etc

- Manages PF's finances, donations, partnership aid, etc

- Convinces potential partners to form a partnership
Director of Events
- Manages public events and fundraisers
Director of Administration
- Ensures efficient and civil cooperation and coordination between board members
