Cooperation between individuals is having a individual on the shop floor with a query going to work with another individual on the shop floor about that query e.g if a worker doesn’t know where a product is they may ask another worker




Cooperation between departments is a department that has a department with a different department therefore working together to solve the problem
e.g at the till of a supermarket a product like bread may not have a price on it so the till department will work with the bakery department to solve the issue quickly and swiftly

Cooperation between businesses vary in different ways. For example when ASDA is selling TVs they may work with the provider for example LG and set up a deal in place where the customer purchasing the TV will revive a warranty
ASDA would also work with their suppliers in order to get the correct orders in time so ASDA can be reputable and reliable. Another example of this again is ASDA, ASDA will work with Walmart as it’s owned by them.
