What game types do you play? Do you actively use the forums? Do you enjoy being in game more? Etc..?
I mostly play Bed Wars but I also play Sky Wars and Build Battle from time to time. I check the forums a lot, I don't post much. I enjoy being in game more.

3) How much time do you have to contribute to the role? About 3 to 8 hours a day. Might vary due to work and other plans.

4) Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, please include details.
Yes, I have been muted on a factions server I played in the past for offending a player.

5) SCENARIO: Suppose it's your first week of being a Helper and you mute a well-known player. Their guild mates start spamming your twitter calling you a bad Helper and telling you to unmute them. What would you do? I would usually ignore it because I know that when I mute someone, it's for a good reason. I also want to avoid drama so it won't affect the server's reputation in any way and make the community a less friendly place. If it still continues I will try to handle it professionally by telling them privately the reason why they are muted and respectfully leave and ignore to avoid anymore problems.

7) Tell us about a time you made a mistake within the last year? How did you deal with it? What did you learn?
I lied to my friend and kept the lie going on for a long time. I didn't want to tell him the truth because I was afraid he would leave me and we were really good friends. I eventually gathered enough courage to finally tell him the truth. I learned to never lie and if I do, don't keep it going for that long and just tell it as soon as possible because the sooner you say it the better the results.

8) If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Minecraft ?
Running, swimming, geocaching, football, parkour, programming, video editing and music.

9) Do you have any previous server moderation or leadership experience?
If so explain what role you played, what skills/experiences you picked up and how this will help you in your role as a helper.
Yes, I was a Moderator on a Polish server in the past. There was a lot of players on there constantly asking questions. I learned to handle a lot of incoming questions and answer them. This will help me in my role as a helper because Hypixel is a big server and I will have a lot of questions from players, which I will do my best to answer. I also learned to deal with rule breakers and how to punish them.

10) SCENARIO: "You come home from school/work and have ton of homework/work to do, you think to yourself I'll just take a 5 minute break before I start and get on Hypixel. The next thing you know 2 hours have passed and you've been on the server all that time." Does this scenario sound familiar to you?
No. If I have something important to do, I always do it first and then use my free time.

11) SCENARIO: You're in a busy lobby as a helper, questions are flying at you rapidly, you can just about keep up. You're getting messaged by 2 different players both asking you to get them a moderator for a hacker, someone then pokes you on teamspeak telling you that there is someone blasting music in their channel. What do you do?
I would first check the teamspeak because I heard a poke, and if there is someone blasting music I would fix the problem by either muting, kicking or temp-banning them then go back in game. If someone messaged me asking to get a moderator for a hacker, I don't think the players would be able to message me since I'm not on their friends list. If they were in the same lobby, or if I was on their friends list, I would tell them to use the /wdr command or record/screenshot the hacker and report him on the forums. Then I would go back to answering questions.

Yes, I made one previous application on the 18th of September 2017.

I can spend a lot of time on the server, I'm active everyday. I'll try my best to make the game as enjoyable for the community as possible.
