Hello, so basically I asked this in mentee's chat:
In essence it's concerning the punishment history of an account I sold. (I collect high value, nicely named accounts like Dye, Even, Trickster, etc.) I've been kind of cutting down as I'm interested in investing elsewhere and sold my former account, Ethos, to another player. While I maintained a positive punishment history on that account I turned it over to my friend who's not so likeminded... Long story short, he got a punishment on it, and it's still linked to my IP so it's conflicting with my trainee application. I was told that my ip was registered on that account the day it was punished. I know I logged in weeks ago onto the account to check for the optifine cape (since I can resell those for money aswell), and did not do anything else. I don't know if staff have time stamps or anything, but I can 100% guarantee I did not spend more than 10 minutes on my IP on that account. The thing is, I'm staff of MCL (Mineplex Competitive League) and they know I've been disassociated with that account for 2 months. While I might have an IP association on that day, Ethos is trying to provide me logs and I want support of MCL of my disassociation. (MCL is run with oversight of Mineplex). I just want a fair chance really, I just don't want to be judged for someone else's decisions, but also for the safety of my future, as I will continue to sell accounts and I don't want their punishment history to be mine.

I have no other means to proving the validity of my claims aside from me PMing the account details months ago. I'm really relying on MCL for verification, and hopefully Ethos can pull through.
MCL isn't a friendly community though, the only way I can truly verify is if he gives me his ip or something, which I'm unaware of MP or MCL's policy on and I don't want the trouble of.
and it's always a threat (even for me in recent light) for ddos attacks so it's never a good thing to give your ip away

Sorry for the massive response, but I will try to get proof of his logs from a different IP, as well as get verification from MCL for my disassociation. I can guarantee that I had not logged in for a long time before that one instance (at most 10 mins probably), but I just got unlucky on date of punishment  and I will try to prove my disassociation.
If you are able to check IPs, I can guarantee that on that day the ph was not from me, thought I don't know the serverside protocol.

I can send picture proof if necessary for my conversation with the owner of Ethos, but he has had the account since november.  My platime before, and after this time was extremely low as I at the time owned Melancholy, and later Dye.

Again, I can send proof of anything in PM that I did not edit (aside from the password), and standby my assertion of my inactivity of the account. If there is anything else I can provide in the meantime, please let me know.  His IP (which I do not know) will correlate to 666miles, milestones, and eOrange, and will see daily usage, comparibly to mine - as I don't use the account at all. Rather, I kept tabs in the process of selling to him.
