  1. One of my Grandmothers recipes

  3. Country Potato Cassarole

  5. 8-9 Med. Red Potatos (Cubed and cooked)
  6. 1/2 Lb Bacon (Cooked and crumbled)
  7. 2 Cups or 1/2 lb cheddar cheese (cubed)
  8. 2 Cups or 1/2 lb Sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  9. 1 and 1/2 Lg onion or two med. (finely chopped)
  10. 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  11. 3/4 cip Sour cream
  12. 2 Tbs Minced onion tops
  13. 1 Tesp salt (or to taste)
  14. 1 Tesp pepper ''
  15. In large bowl combine potatoes & bacon. In another bowl combine rest of ingredients add to potatoes & toss to cover & transfer to baking dish. Bake uncovered.

  22. Cream of Broccoli Soup
  23. 12 Tbs Butter
  24. 2 Tbs chopped onions
  25. 2 Cups Chicken brothers4 Cups Milk
  26. 1 1/2 Tesp Sal
  27. Pepper to taste
  28. Dash of nutmeg
  29. 1 Package frozen or chopped Brccolli (I use fresh and cook it a little, you can use any veg)
  30. In a medium Pan heat butter and saute onions 1 and 1/2 to 2 min. Blend in flout, Gradually. Add broth, Milk, Salt, Pepper and nutmeg. Stir until smooth. Cook on low heat and until soup is thickened. Add broccoli and heat 3 Minutes. Brussels sprouts are good and can add carrots

  37. 1 gal. Beans (Canned)
  38. 1 gal. Chili (Plain - no beans)
  39. 1 gal. Tomatoes
  40. 1 1/2 lbs bacon (Fried)
  41. 2 Onions
  42. 1 Bell pepper
  43. 1 Garlic pod (Whole thing)
  44. 4 tbs chili mix or any package of store bought
  45. 5-6 Jalapenos - seeded
  46. 8 Serranos - unseeded
