Suggestion: A change from the PK rules, changing the phrasing around

To something such as "Directly threatening to kill another character in cold blood"
I still believe excessively doing so should grant PK auths, but simply saying/doing something threatening to kill someone out of anger is far different than actively saying so while otherwise uninfluenced.

Why it would be worth adding: The way a lot of bad PKs have happened in the past, and the way a lot of the PKs have been baited, is people trying to bait someone into threatening their life in hot blood, such as stealing, and forcing the person to draw their weapon to resolve it.

Perhaps it my have just been the people I've spoen to about it, but it seems like a lot of people have to tip-toe around 'directly' threatening to kill a character to avoid a PK hungry rebel blasting them for it, and a change to the rules would solve this issue, and would greatly assist in solving the problems around PK baiting.
