i just had the most incredible dream
i live on the 8th floor remember
but turns out the 9th floor is the Science Park
and if you go there and go to the back room
there's this attraction that scares the fuck out of you
and stuff, i actually had this dream last time
but this dream i brought my brother along
so my brother who's easily scared got really fucking scared
and i laughed like shit
anyway part of the attraction is that you get a roller coaster ticket after the scare
so i took the ticket and said hey bro let's go for a roller coaster ride
and obv he's like what rollercoaster there's no rollercoaster here
then i'm like nope it's here, you know where frontier castle is?
he's like yeah of course it's right across the road (and 9 stories down)
at this point we reached the back part of the house where you can wash clothes
then i told him hold out your ticket, close your eyes, and shout taxi!
so he did that
and then we got transported into the frontier castle rollercoaster attraction
which is obviously more than 9 stories high since we were on the 9th story before
but it was a whole lot of fun
he noticed that the rollercoaster ride feels a bit like the other shit at the science park and i told him that yeah, the science park is based off illusions and magic
that we're actually still physically in science park but it feels like we just fell 9 stories
so blah blah turns out the rollercoaster ride is actually a water ride
but at the bottom there are mermaids (cause frontier castle is actually mermaid land)
and this roller coaster is actually normally ridden by mermaids
oh but when i say mermaids, like half of them are male and they don't look particularly attractive anyway
but on the way down we met the guy from the scary attraction
and we talked to him a bit
and turns out he can use magic (obviously, cause he works at science park)
but he was also talking to us about frontier castle rollercoaster
about how the mermaids here think of it as a competition to see who can swim upstream the furthest, which is obviously really hard with all the water flowing down
so i mentioned to him how funny it would be if he used his magic to force some of the water upstream to push a few guys up the attraction
so he was like heh, sounds interesting
so off we went and we went swimming back UP the fucking rollercoaster (which somehow just became a water ride at this point, but i imagine somewhere along the line i just lost track of which attraction i was on)
anyways we were having fun and stuff and the mermaid in front of me was always slapping me with his annoying tailfin which was really really annoying
like can't he see that i'm behind him
anyway about halfway up we take a break at this famous cookie store/stop that you're invited to stop at halfway down the attraction cause it's a pretty long water ride after all
except ofc we were going up, not down haha
this part is a bit iffy cause it actually overlaps with another dream
in a parallel dream, the scary monster apparently visited this girl's house for a second time (he went there before and had lots of shenanigans, like in monster's inc, this was from another dream like months ago)
so the girl was tagging along with us on the water ride cause dreams, yknow
but the girl knows all about this store
and was giggling while watching someone suspiciously eye what looks like mud but she knows is cookie
(she whispered that fact to us)
but after the guy took a bite he was all happy and started eating for real
mr monster thought it'd be funny to say "btw do you know what that's made of" and came up with something ridiculous like "poo" and idk i thought it was really funny at the time but i guess it isn't really (the girl laughed a shitton)
now for some weird reason, this part of the dream where the parallel dream merged with the water ride spawned out a new subdream where i was in this musical starring mr monster and the girl titled Poison (came out in july of some unknown year)
not in as an actor, just felt like i was observing these two do their thing
so they were singing and swimming and shit (ye the musical was set at the water ride, lol)
anyway, we resumed the water ride right, but we ended up with some trouble since the amount of people who got amassed in our fake magic current got bigger and bigger so monster had trouble keeping all of them in the current
so he asked a woman (who was so smol she looks like a girl) to turn off the current (yeah, wut? :'D) so now all the mermaids were free to swim up without using monster's magic
but since she was washing clothes, more and more soap started filling the water ride, lol
anyway, at this point we finally reached the top and this is the climax of the musical apparently
the girl's all emotional that she got to meet the monster again and was really happy while the monster forgot about her (so she was a bit sad) but the monster realises right at the end
but then tragically their time needs to come to an end because the magic's already wearing off
to begin with, frontier castle was just a magical construct made by science park
and it was already near closing time
and science park is gonna close
so they do that classic one tear in eye scene and then they part
and we found ourselves back at science park
and i asked my brother, how was it? while thinking woah that was way more fun than last time (when i came alone)
and he's like yeah it's super fun, let's come again
then we took the lift back down 1 floor, from 9 to 8
and went home
