The anime begins with a black screen and Buddhist mantras mixed with drums playing over it. This would play while a Japanese big red tittle slowly appeared on the screen. After the tittle appeared the mantras stopped and there is only the sound of drops of water falling on the ground as we open to the large bathroom with no doors. There are several school girls in school uniforms in there.

The scenes were separated by days, when each day ended a black screen with kanji and roman numerals would appear. This likely means Day 1, 2, etc. Day 3 or 4 showed them sitting on the ground while laughing and speaking and they have not lost hope yet. They get into philosophical discussions about never getting out.

They starve over several days and they lose hope. As the days go on you see them dying, one by one. There is one scene where one of the girls is eating a corpse of one of them who died a few days ago.

As things begin to look bleaker, they remove their school uniforms and get naked for the last few days (unclear if this is before or after the cannibalism). They decide to kill themselves in various manners. This includes bashing their heads on the floor, scratching their necks to blood pieces. One girl helped the other drown in the sink because she asked her to hold her down because she couldn't do it.

This is followed by end credits with a sad Japanese Rock song with female vocals. After the credits ended the scene changes to a new girl with short black hair waking up in the same bathroom. It's followed by a zoom in on her face as she screams and the anime ends.
