Hey guys, how’s it goin?

It feels like the tournament is kind of behind me at this point. I took care of business yesterday against a player I was expected to beat. I am now up to losers finals against the defending champion who is playing S-Hard quite a bit better than me at the moment. Any wins I get at this point will just be house money. I don't think any amount of practice this week will improve my chances. It will not stop me from practicing this week, however.

No, the thing I wanted to talk about today is the vision that I have for the future of my channel. Don't worry, I don't expect to undergo any kind of seismic shift in the type of content I want to do. I've said many times that I want to do this streaming thing full-time, but I'm not sure I've really shared so much of HOW I would go about it once I commit to that.

Well, I've given my full-time dream schedule some thought in order to try and sell you on the idea of supporting me in order to get more content from me — like, 42 hours a week worth of content. Seriously, here's how I would go about full-time streaming:

Monday –
10am-12pm – Morning Dailies
This would be a daily (duh) session where I engage in activities that are encouraged to be done on a daily basis. If you're familiar with mobile gaming, then you have probably engaged in daily quests that those games challenge you to do in order to get you to play. Currently, the two things that I do on a daily basis every day are take Japanese lessons and play Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links. When I go full-time, I would stream these sessions side by side. Auto-dueling in Duel Links to complete certain objectives or waiting for an opponent's turn would give me some time to get a refresher on how to say what time it is right now in Japanese. ('ima wa gogo niji desu'. It is 2:00pm right now. At least it should be when the Tweet goes up.)

Tuesday –
10am-12pm – Morning Dailies

Wednesday –
10am-12pm – Morning Dailies
4pm-10pm – speedruns, WedNESday once a month
No, I'm not sorry for the pun. One Wednesday a month, I would try to speedrun a NES game. The last games that struck my fancy were Arkista's Ring (first loop) and Tetris (100 lines). I'm willing to try out quite a few things. Maybe I can finally beat SMB1 (in under 5 minutes).

Thursday –
10am-12pm – Morning Dailies
4pm-10pm – speedruns, Patreon Speed Pick once a month
Yes, I would open up a Patreon for people to nominate games for me to learn as a speedrun and dedicate one stream per month to learning that run. Nothing longer than an hour, though, to give me time to complete a run in a single stream.

Friday –
10am-12pm – Morning Dailies
8pm-12am – Friday Night Salt Mines
The Friday Night racing tradition has some sticking power and would definitely be here to stay.

Saturday –
10am-12pm – Morning Dailies
4pm-10pm – speedruns, Score Attack Saturday once per month
I think I would go back to the trend of Puzzle League games Wednesday through Friday and a different speed game on Saturday. I do want to go back to Beyblade V-Force GBA at some point. Also, one Saturday per month would go to some kind of score attack objective, whether it be Pokemon Puzzle League Time Zone or NES Tetris.

Sunday –
10am-12pm – Morning Dailies
4pm-10pm – Casual Cooldown, Card Game Cooldown once per month
I do want to continue to devote one extended stream per week to casual gaming. Speaking of, if I can catch up on tournament and personal archives before the Tetris Attack tournament, Final Fantasy X will return. One Sunday per month would go to a card game video game. I do love me my card game games and there are several that I have yet to play.

That is the big plan vision I have for my channel. There are other perks that would also open up, but I'd rather not blow the whole load right away. Until then, I think I could do an Evening Dailies stream Mondays through Fridays at 7pm leading into speedruns Wednesdays through Fridays at 8 and Saturday/Sunday Morning Dailies at 10am going into speedruns/casual cooldown at 4pm. I will revisit this when I catch up on all of my archives. That could take weeks. Stay tuned.
