Also known as NF/NFSI/NPC
  No Fleeing, No Fight Skip Items, No Punch Card

You are not allowed to:
  - Flee from an encounter (except Undyne)
  - Skip Dog Encounters with Stick or Hush Puppy
  - Skip Muffet with a spider item
  - Obtain a Punch Card

You are allowed to:
  - Skip Papyrus by losing to him
  - Use other items (healing, weapons/armor, rating increasing items on Mettaton EX, pie on Asgore...)
