Bio: A veteran soldier and former member of the Liberty Union's military.

Aldric was born in the Liberty Union near the dawn of the Age of Steel and grew up much as any other citizen; his parents were of no particular importance and while he had a certain amount of natural aptitude for magic, he was not any sort of natural prodigy. He studied diligently, though, and signed on with their military when he came of age - just in time for the war against the Vang. An encounter while he was seeking to join the Wyrmslayer Legion, however, turned him against the cause of the war and eventually against his country entirely; he defected to the Kingdom of Vang a short time before the war ended. Afterward, he served for a few years in the forces of his new nation before retiring to somewhat more mundane pursuits in the Fort Sen area, where he eventually started a family with a gaggle of children, doing his best to leave his past behind save for the knowledge of magic it granted him. With the youngest of his offspring now grown and out in the world themselves, he's occupied his time in the service of Lady Sen, offering his experience where it is relevant (and occasionally where it is not.)
