Alatreon Weapons of Worth

This is a list of which of Alatreon's weapons are worth going for.
These are basically all dragon weapons with innate purple sharpness (where applicable).
They are fairly decent on their own, and look neat in some instances.
Alatreon doesn't have multiple weapons of each type, so this list will be much more compact, only listing options applicable.

In some cases the weapon is even best in slot against some matchups that are not predominantly dragon weak but take enough dragon damage to give it the win. The monsters where this is the case are against Savage, Luna, Velk, Vaal, Safi, Nami, Diablos, Uragaan, Rathalos, Azure Rathalos, Kulu, Tzitzi, Rathian, Pink Rathian, Radobaan, and Banbaro.
If there is a given Alatreon weapon where this applies, I will mention it.


Duals is best in slot for dragon by a wide margin.
Charge Blade loses out to both Safi and KT's dragon options, but allows for a very comfy build with lots of survivability.
Switch Axe is best in slot for dragon.
Hunting Horn is best in slot for dragon. It also wins in some other not dragon matchups (see 2nd paragraph)
The Insect Glaive is in the same boat as the Hunting Horn.
Bow is best in slot for dragon by a wide margin.
THE ALATREON LBG IS THE BEST IN SLOT ELEMENTAL LBG FOR EVERY ELEMENT EXCEPT WATER. IT'S RIDICULOUS.
