- TA2022 is over. One of these days, I hope to be able to encapsulate just what this tournament has meant to the community, to me as a runner, and to me as a broadcaster. I don't think I could do it right now, not when I still have to prepare the bracket videos for YouTube publication. When I get removed from everything I have to still do for the tournament, perhaps I can write a reflection piece in a future update.
- I am not yet done with Tetris Attack for the year, however. Starting at the end of this week, SpeedGaming is putting together another installment of their SNES Super Stars marathon, a long celebration of SNES games. It's my first marathon I had submitted to since getting my Internet upgrade. Since most of it is taking place when I am off of work, I managed to position myself to get in three different runs of Tetris Attack. Not only am I racing FFR Pro in Easy – V-Hard, I am also playing V-Hard with combos only as well as one-handed. You can see those runs take place after Memorial Day. You can see when the rest of the runs will happen here: https://oengus.io/en-GB/marathon/sss22/schedule. I will be spending this Friday night in the salt mines preparing these runs for suitable marathon play. I'm still kinda worried about combos only, tbh.
- As an aside, I'm not sure if I made an announcement about this, but you can now give Super Thanks to my monetized YouTube videos. YouTube live streams have Super Chat to pay for highlighted comments. Super Thanks is for the pre-produced content that YouTube is known for. If you want to give me your support in a YouTube comment, Super Thanks is the way to go. Maybe I could also open that Patreon in my week off coming up?
- That’s my life story for the week. Later, doods!
