- PURPOSE
- Find the team's purpose, whether it be to spikestack, stall, or sweep.
- (What is the goal of the team?)
- EFFICIENCY
- Figure out if the team is successful at its goal.
- (Does the team accomplish the goal?)
- If not, make suggestions to help the team better accomplish this goal. Be careful as to not change the team too much or build a new team entirely.
- (What changes can be made in order to reach the goal more efficiently?)
- REFLECTION
- Rate your rate. Make sure you didn't make the team any less efficient then before. Any holes made must be patched here. Remember, any small change can make a huge difference. Changing a pokemon generally isn't helpful. Bold your changes.
- (What can you, as the rater, do to improve the team without making drastic changes?)
