The last two ways cost the least money but can have more impact than you might think:
Talk about the stream with others, including but not limited to raiding the stream(sending your viewers here).
Watching the stream(not only do you generate tiny amounts of money by just watching advertisements but you can spark interest in the stream site-wide if there are enough individuals). Watching past broadcasts can be helpful for advertisements' sake and for catching up on missed content, but the fastest way to spark interest in a channel for others is to attend live streams regularly. This is the most valuable thing you can do for an affiliated streamer, which is my current status.
