  1. Wendigos:
  2. While it is thought only Dwarves are capable of efficient golem creation, this really is a lie. In the lands of Garticlis, the north pole, the Frostborn have learned to create golems of ice, that upon reaching the rest of the world after Korax's arrival have come to be known as Wendigos.
  3. These golems, unlike that of dwarves, are far more independant, and with time the eldest ones are even capable of developing a conscience akin to the other races.
  4. They were first developed so to keep guard during the long nights of the continent, when the Frostborn would sleep in their caves. Their bewitching eyes glowed a pale cyan from afar, being able to perfectly see at all times and with an astounding range.
  5. The ones Korax managed to possess were relatively new, wandering the borders of Garticlis close enough to the Arcanum's Vault.
  6. Part of their process of creation involves making several smaller golems that, given time, will begin assembling the larger one. This allows them to also divide when broken, creating several new potential golems if they were to flee.
  7. Because of their potential for growth, it is believed the Frostborn are the first creatures since the Age of Demons to have developed the ability to create new conscience, even if just as a side effect.

  9. Death Wyvern:
  10. The Draconic Genocide marked the end of the Age of Dragons, the Necromancy's Twilight following right after. Although it is now known one sole Dragon survived the process, none of the Wyverns did so, and both creatures' remains and soul traces were used in various objects right after their demise, or were destroyed, especially those of Dragons, so to prevent the Necromancers from using their powers on them.
  11. Fossils of Dragons none are left, which is not the case of Wyverns, being fairly weaker and more easily easier to defeat, not to mention sneakier and more cautious than Dragons. Thus, some remained hidden, never to be seen again, and the bones of those that died only a few were sealed away or fragmented. It wouldn't matter as much since there was a plan to exterminate most Necromancers and Necromantic knowledge anyways. But now, with the resurgence of such magic arts, and the leak of Arcanum files with pinned locations of wyvern boneyards, Korax didn't waste time and retrieved the remains for their use. It is this way that Death Wyverns are brought forth, dangerous zombies, undead testimony of a past age where enormous lizards with vast magical powers and a greed as long as their wingspan, and their smaller siblings that now pose one of the greatest threats among Korax's forces.

  13. Heresiarch:
  14. Demonic beings with unfaltering faith towards Korax, these arch warlocks are responsible for seizing the areas surrounding their fortresses, commanding large flocks of troops and engineering schemes to take over all of Kronos, all in favor of their master's wishes.
  15. Four of them are spread throughout Coricis and Revein, and oversee the actions of the former human leaders that now serve Korax, making sure none of them attempt to damage the rider's plans.
  16. If anything, their appaerance, that matches the commonfolk's perception of demons, suggests that such creatures areindeed outwordly...
