25. [legend=#8B4513| Section III - Permit Information |]#FFFFF(3.1) Firearm Permit Type: Class B
26.
27. (3.2) Why do you wish to obtain a Conceal Carry Permit? (Minimum of 500 words):
28. Since I moved to Red County I noticed that safety sometime may concern me. I would like to obtain the permit for few reasons. Before I say anything I would like to mention that I know how hard deputies and fellow agencies are working to keep our streets safe. Even with every and each of them out on the street, we can't all be fully protected at any time. I used to be a Trooper back in my town and I could not always be everywhere, helping everyone. There was too much to cover, and for that reason people started applying for gun licenses. That would be one reason for applying for the gun license. I am doing it for the exact same reason. In real word these situations happen really often, and not always deputies will come and protect me when they are miles away. Just imagine even if they were not so far. It is hard to discuss if they would know that there is an on-going situation and that my life or life of anyone else is in danger. I personally go on long family trips in wildness, and by now I've been caught off guard by small local criminals that gladly take my stuff while holding me at gunpoint. People are aware of this, and of course that I am to. Sometimes I improvise and make loud noises that sometimes scare the person that I suspect is about to harm me in any way.
29. That happened few times to me and it happens to other people too. When these things happen you don't have too much time to react, any help is probably miles away and the situation is most likely going to end bad for me or my friends in danger. San Andreas is massive and I, sadly, feel like there are not enough sworn law enforcement officers that will be there for me or my friends and family when we are on our weekend trips or parties. It's not that I don't believe to officers and deputies, it's simply real side of the word that we live in. We can't all be everywhere and that also means that they won't be there for us all the time.
30. With that being said, it's always better to be licensed and carry a concealed gun, rather than being unarmed and not able to help yourself or others. We can only help others when we are able to help ourselves, and that is what I held in my mind while I was working in my home town. Same logics are applied with weapons. If I am not able to help myself, how can I help person next to me? I am sure that I know how to use most of available weapons that can be obtained with the permit. Even if I don't, I am going to be well trained for usage of any weapon on the training course. Guns don't kill people, people kill people. That is why it's important to be well trained when holding or carrying a firearm.
31. Those are some of many reasons because I wish to obtain the license and a licensed weapon. If I successfully obtain the license and the weapon I would only use it when it's necessary, like in the sad situations I and other people have been in multiple times. As human I am I would use it for good and only when it must be used. I would simply want to obtain the license and a licensed gun for a reason that it's meant to be used and for the reason it exists. Those are self-protection and protection of people that are in life-threatening situations when law enforcement is not available.
32. (3.3) How do you plan to use your Conceal Carry Permit? (Minimum of 300 words):
33. Conceal Carry Permit is meant to be used for self-protection and protection of other people around me. I honestly hope that once I get the license I will not have to use it so often. Sadly we all live in big state and big county, where crime is nothing new. I often find myself in a situation where I am going on long trips alone or with friends and family, so it is of a great importance for me to know that I am always safe, even when law enforcement is miles away. As I said on previous mark, I am planning to use the license to buy permitted weapons from certified and legal stores, then use the weapon as it is supposed to be used. For self-defense and defense of people who are in life danger, when they need instant help, when law enforcement is not there to do it at that moment. I am planning to use my weapons only when I must and not for every small thing. Weapons should be used for self-protection and that's my main point here. I would not go around and see who is in danger, so I could be helpful with my license and help. Of course I will not do that. My idea of having this permit is simply using it for what it is meant to be used and that's it. Also, I would like to say that I am against any way of hurting animals, so I would not use my license to go on hunts in forested areas like Angel Pine. Some people do that and see it as a source of fun, but I do not. I don't see the point in disturbing other living creatures with weapons when I am bored. To sum up, I would just use it when it's absolutely necessary and when I am in a situation that can only be resolved with using a weapon out of holster.[/legend]

157. [legend=#8B4513| Section V - Scenarios |]#FFFFF(5.1) You are sitting in your trailer watching TV and you hear gunshots outside your house, a minute later you hear aggresive knocking on the door, what will you do? (75 words minimum)
158. In this scenario I would reach for my phone. I would take my phone and immediately call 911. I would tell them what is going on. I would take my weapon out, follow all procedures that are out there and just peak through the keyhole. Just for a few seconds. If person standing on the door is someone that I suspect is going to harm me in any way, I would wait inside my trailer for law enforcement to arrive. I would make sure that whole thing is either recorded on my phone or that I am still on the line with police dispatcher. In case he breaks in my house with a weapon and lifts the weapon to shoot me, I am going to shoot him down and restrain his weapon. While doing everything all of the procedures and rules must be followed.
159.
160. (5.2) You bought a new house in bone county and you managed to sell your old trailer in red county, however you still have your licensed firearms inside your trailer, what will be the right way to transfer the firearms from your trailer to your new house in bone county? (50 words minimum)
161. This scenario can have multiple outcomes, depends on what I do. I would not risk by calling the new trailer owner. I would call 911 and inform WLD and SO generally. Once they are informed they will tell me to wait for them to arrive or just to make sure that weapon is still where I left it. So, answer to this situation is only calling Sheriff's Office, they must go to the old place and make sure that the weapon is still there. I would not take any risks because then I could make the situation worse.
162.
163. (5.3) You and your friend went to hunt in the forest, your friend does not have any firearm permit and asks you to shoot the rifle after he spotted a deer, what will you do? (75 words minimum)
164. Since I do not go on hunts I would not find myself in this situation. Let's say it happened and that I must make a choice. Since I am the one that is permitted and not him, I would not allow him to even hold my weapon. He is my friend and that is alright, but I must not risk him or or anyone else getting injured because I gave someone my weapon when I should not have. To sum up, I would not give him the license and I would just explain him the situation. It may be hard to do proper thing, but that is something that must be done.
165.
166. (5.4) You returned home from work and you noticed that your house has been broken into and your shotgun is missing from the wooden closet, suddenly you hear a door open from upstairs, your sidearm is on you, what will you do? (100 words minimum)
167. This is a little tricky situation. Man who stole my weapon has a shotgun and I have a sidearm, which is small caliber and most likely can't compare to shotgun that is 1,5 meters long. First thing that I would do would be simply calling 911 and explaining them whole situation. After I do that I would reach for my weapon and seek for cover. Again, I would follow the procedures. What I would do next depends on how fast does law enforcement needs to come and what will the guy do from upstairs. If he walks down with shotgun up and ready to shoot, I would shoot him down. If not, I would wait for law enforcement to arrive. I would try to talk him out if possible and not injure him badly if I must shoot.[/legend]
