Rules: Rules were copypasted, rules werent pasted too fast.
Greetings: Greetings were explained and the explaination was copypasted.

Jacks: Trainees said they know the jacks. JJs were done correctly by trainees.
GJs were done decently by the trainees. A trainee made a mistake during GJs
but was corrected by the host. A trainee was dismissed during HJs for lying.
March: Marching commands/rules were explained. The explaination was handwritten
by the host. The explaination was correct. Marching rules were explained.
The march was pretty good.
Obby(Short): Obby rules were explained. Obstacles were explained. Host sent
all trainees at once.(There were only 3 left.) Most trainees did fairly decently.
Progression: Rank progression was explained. Explaination was copypasted
but the host didnt paste them too fast. The explaination was correct.
CoC: The explaination was copypasted from the document that the OiT got from
someone. The explaination was correct.
Divisions: The explaination was copypasted, the pastes werent done too fast,
the explaination was correct.
Side notes: Host checked age of trainees. Has good grammar. After the Coc,
the Host checked if everyone was still there(not AFK).

RATING:

Crowd control: Greeting-Jacks: One trainee went AFK during the greeting,
host confronted them, the host said that if they dont come back before the rules
end they will be dismissed. The trainee came back and no punishment was given
despite him being AFK without permission. (-1 Point). A trainee didnt know
about HJs which makes him a liar and he got dismissed. March-Obby: Trainees
caused no troubles. Progression-Divisions: Trainees were silent during this
part and didnt cause trouble.

Pacing: Greeting-Jacks: This part went by quickly, and nothing took too long
to do. March-Obby: All of this went surprisingly fast, like really fast.
Progression-Divisions: Progression took a while to explain but this is understandable
considering that we have a lot of divisions.

Hosting procedure: Trainees were greeted. Rules were stated. Greetings were
explained. Marching commands/rules were explained. JJs were done. GJs were done.
HJs were done. A march was conducted. Obby was done. Progression was explained.
CoC was explained. Divisions were explained.

Conduct: Greeting-Jacks: Host behaved mature, didnt do anything dumb and
was overall good. March-Obby: The host still behaved the same. Progression-Divisions:
There is nothing else to say here now, nothing changed.
