starf berry set is the absolute best set there exists in all of LC you can't say this set isn't good if you didn't try it
it's so good people will always say it's bad! just to prevent you from ever using it starfberry and protect (feint a common move in LC can't be used against the ghost type so you can't prevent it from protecting/sweeping you right after)
with 14 speed you outspeed almost anything and with this bulk you can live on with a nice lil amout of HP just enough to get starf going. substitude can also work instead of protect because it allows you to just spam sub and then get your HP down bit by bit. till you are in the good range and then PUNISH them all!

236 Atk Sheer Force Cranidos Rock Slide vs. 172 HP / 132 Def Phantump: 18-22 (78.2 - 95.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO one of the most powefull LC mones can't even KO you even with stab sheer force 22 attack rock slide!

now how to use it , well you will need allot of trap pokes like digglet and ofc you will need gothita to prevent anything that can just safe switch without any risk in and out fo phantump what isn't mutch if you have 16 attack and criting shadow needles(claw)
