Or, if she doesn't want to get her hands dirty, just set him on fire, and crank the heat up to 30,000°C (that's 54,032°F), and cook until extra crispy.

Nah. He's a tad more pragmatic than Alastor, but in the end, his main power is manipulation.
Give a man a gas mask with the right filters, a bulletproof, or even better, a sniper rifle or explosives, and the guy's equally toast.
Vox has a literal TV for a head, anything, from sufficient amount of water to something that can overwhelm his surge protectors, or even half a brick is enough to incapacitate him.
Hell, a sniper rifle might be enough for any of them. Al may suspect the element of surprise, but not if said surprise is coming from over a mile away at high velocity.

I'm not sure about Val though, the Three V's seem to get their power through the fact that they control a tri-media conglomerate (Television, Internet, Prn) while Al seems to rule through strength. Making one on one fights lean in Al's favor.

Al isn't too different from the VVV trio, expect he doesn't run a business or has any responsibilities, other than his own entertainment.
He doesn't even use direct force, but rather, summons other entities to fight for him.
Like I said, use a sniper rifle.

I'm still of the opinion that it's not just the material that gives Exterminator weapons the ability to permakill demons. If it was just a question of poking a hole in a demon with some magic metal, then as many an anon has suggested, the exterminators would be running around with AA12s loaded with angelic 00 buck. I think the sword or spear itself is somehow tied to the permakill power.

I think the reason behind the spears is the psychological factor.
Sure, there are more effective ways of killing sinners or demons, but going at them with a fk-off huge polearm while wearing a mask that's grinning like a lunatic really drives home the fact that you're not being killed by some nutjob, but a mad agent of Heaven itself.
