- So this part takes place after finishing Obelisk Blue and doing the Fusion exam. Part 18 would have been doing all that, but I forgot to record lol. I made a video on how to do the Fusion deck, so check it out if you're wondering: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kh_wMVk7Lz8
- It's important to remember to switch decks after exams, since running into a duel with the wrong deck makes things much slower.
- There's a total of 4 duelists to meet and beat 10 times in Ra Yellow. So on the first weekend, I make it a point to find all their question marks.
- The first thing you want to do is get 5 wins each on Beauregard and Brier. Once you do that, there'll be an event you have to trigger by dueling Brier at night at Duel Arena (which is within the Duel Academy icon).
- I'll reiterate a previous tip: Don't go randomly searching for people to duel. Click on the Dorm icon and see who's available. Click on the dorm icon to look for Beauregard or Brier first, if neither are there search for them until you have 5 wins each.
- 1st Duel
- - Brier and Beauregard run pretty similar decks, in that they use the Goblin Attack Force cards. It's actually convenient to face them, since if they summon Goblin Attack Force or Giant Orc, you can use Cyber End and Limiter Removal to win the game really fast.
- - I just so happen to get the Elite version, which has 1500 defense. So it takes a little longer to win since I have to attack twice afterwards.
- 2nd Duel
- - My hope here was to have Reflect Bounder inflict some burn damage, and then win the game with Stein. I activate Call, hoping to trigger torrential but I don't get it. Luckily I had Snatch Steal so I won the game fairly fast.
- 3rd Duel
- - This was a very convenient duel, in that Cyber Dragon was able to bait both his backrow without me needing to Normal Summon. So Stein plus Limiter won the game very fast, even got a ton of DP for winning the game Turn 2 :-)
- 4th Duel
- - Around 7:10, I chain Tornado on Premature, because I only want Shining Angel to be destroyed, getting me a Y-Dragon Head. A second monster likely runs over it. Snatch Steal changed my plans but whatever lol
- - Having Mirror and Sangan at the same time is pretty sweet lol
- 5th Duel
- - Opening Jinzo when he has four back row is absolutely amazing. I don't attack on the turn I summon Jinzo, since I intend to use Stein and Burst Stream to win the game the following turn.
- 6th Duel
- - I summon Blowback on my second turn, since using Trunade and Stein wouldn't have gotten game.
- 7th Duel
- - Since I didn't open monsters, I really wanted to win the game with a Metal Reflect plus Metamorphosis play. But he had Heavy :-(
- - This duel shows off the Giant Trunade glitch with quick-plays, which I haven't gotten to show off in a little while. Go Go Y-Dragon Head lol
- 8th Duel
- - Not much to say, I do a few things to try to bait his back row. I'm assuming it was a Jammer, but I used Limiter in the damage step so it was all cool.
- Next vid, I'll try to show off the event with Brier and Beauregard at Duel Arena at night.
- Overall wins: 145
- This video: Beauregard (5), Brier (3).
