[10:38pm] Gara: Helen walks into the common room and freezes at the door.
[10:38pm] Gwen left the chat room. (Quit: Computer has gone to sleep.)
[10:38pm] Alivi: "It was a female appearance one…however the one named…Adrian? Attacked me…"
[10:38pm] Gara: "Attack?"
[10:38pm] Alivi: "Or at least attempted to stop me from leaving..."
[10:38pm] Gara: She stands at the door.
[10:39pm] Proto_Lost: "Jesus, been hearing plenty of flak about Optimu- Whoa...hey Helen."
[10:39pm] Gara: "If he attacked, you would be dead."
[10:39pm] Alivi: He looks over, unamused. "I suppose so… you would prefer such a thing yes?"
[10:39pm] Proto_Lost: "Okay, what the hell is this hostility kick Adrian's on?"
[10:39pm] Gara: "No."
[10:39pm] Gara: "Not at all."
[10:40pm] Alivi: "Then why say what you did earlier?"
[10:40pm] Proto_Lost: "First Alex, now Dimitri...what, did he suddenly grow an anger core or something?"
[10:40pm] Alivi: Dimitri rises from his seat.
[10:40pm] Alivi: "I suppose I should apologize for my actions against you."
[10:40pm] Gara: "I am sorry for my reaction, but... I didn't expect anyone to harbor that kind of thing towards me."
[10:40pm] Proto_Lost: "Okay...time out the both of you!"
[10:41pm] Alivi: Dimitri looks over at Bart.
[10:41pm] Proto_Lost: "I want to hear what happened in full before I start shouting at things."
[10:41pm] Alivi: "I'd prefer to leave it in the past where it belongs."
[10:42pm] Proto_Lost: "I prefer to know the whole story at the very least."
[10:42pm] Alivi: "It does not concern you."
[10:42pm] Gara: "My hand exploded. On learning I was synthetic, he proptly got up and moved."
[10:42pm] Gara: "Because I'm synthetic."
[10:43pm] Alivi: He looks over at Helen, "Why keep bringing it up?"
[10:43pm] Proto_Lost: "...Okay, maybe it was because something else might have happened? Exploding thing are often followed by more explosions."
[10:43pm] Gara: "Because I am... I'm scared, to be honest. I was afraid of this."
[10:43pm] Gara: "And now, here you are."
[10:46pm] Proto_Lost: "Afraid of this?"
[10:46pm] Alivi: "You make mindless assumptions."
[10:46pm] Gara: "Then correct me."
[10:46pm] Gara: ~Please correct me.~
[10:48pm] Alivi: "I do not intend to harm you and I have no interest for someone like you."
[10:48pm] Alivi: "I can be polite to you, but please realize that while some people consider you human, I do not."
[10:48pm] Proto_Lost: "...Think she meant the implied racism, dood."
[10:49pm] Gara: "Then what do you consider me, if less then human?"
[10:50pm] Proto_Lost: "Dimitri, that isn't helping your case."
[10:50pm] Alivi: "I consider you a machine, that has an obvious awareness of its surroundings, something that looks and appears human, but isn't. You are what you are. There is nothing that I can do about that. However I have other reasons, your reactions were uncalled for. It does not make me want to interact with you at all."
[10:51pm] Proto_Lost: "...Dimitri. Not cool."
[10:51pm] Gara: "And I don't want to interact with you. You are a bigot. You would have me owned, as if I was property."
[10:53pm] Proto_Lost: Bart looks at Helen. "What!?"
[10:53pm] Alivi: "I would have had nothing to do with you regardless. Your assumptions are rather insulting."
[10:53pm] Gara: Helen blinks. "As is you daring to call me less then human."
[10:54pm] Gara: "I am as intelligent as anyone."
[10:54pm] Alivi: "I said you are not human, never said you are less than."
[10:54pm] Gara: "More then most."
[10:54pm] Gara: "A machine is less then a human. A machine has no choices."
[10:54pm] Alivi: "For someone or something claiming to be intelligent you obviously need to listen better."
[10:54pm] Gara: "A machine-" She closes her eyes.
[10:55pm] Proto_Lost: "Alright, I'm calling a time out for both of you!" He stands up.
[10:55pm] Alivi: "You are inorganic. You are not natural, you operate based off of technology. You are a machine."
[10:55pm] Gara: She breathes deeply, or appears too.
[10:55pm] Gara: "Yes. And a machine is less then human."
[10:55pm] Alivi: "Then it is you who is calling yourself less than human, not myself, I have never said that a machine is less than a human. Obviously machines have managed to progress to a point where they can now integrate into humanity."
[10:55pm] Proto_Lost: "Jesus I called for a time out!"
[10:56pm] Gara: "I am more then even a machine. I am sentient. I am sapient. I am artificial intelligence."
[10:56pm] Gara: "Humanity has created life. And it is me."
[10:57pm] Alivi: "fake life..."
[10:57pm] Gara: "Synthetic."
[10:57pm] Proto_Lost: "Do I have to pick the both of you up?"
[10:57pm] Alivi: "Fake."
[10:58pm] Alivi: "Artificial, inorganic, man-made, a machine at base and core and whatever artificial intelligence you possess is clearly flawed and determined to harp upon facts that are both insulting and offensive. You seem and act like you wish for there to be a conflict when merely I do not wish to be around you."
[10:58pm] Gara: Helen's face changes from sadness to anger.
[10:59pm] Alivi: "You have demanded my respect and my tolerance when you have not proven you are able to demonstrate the same."
[10:59pm] Gara: "I have done nothing but respect and tolerate biologicals."
[10:59pm] Gara: "You classify me as different because I am not biological."
[10:59pm] Alivi: "While we could act civil and go among our ways you insist on causing a conflict due to my personal views."
[10:59pm] Proto_Lost: "...Okay Helen, that sounded kinda racist in itself, but you have a point."
[10:59pm] Gara: "But I am as good as any of you."
[11:00pm] Gara: "I am one of you."
[11:00pm] Alivi: "Not everyone will like you. Not everyone will want to be around you and it is a simple and clear fact that you will have to get around. You are not one of us, you are not human, you have no soul, you have nothing of that sort. You are not biological, you are not organic. To say you are one of us, bypasses the very thing you are trying to proclaim."
[11:01pm] Gara: "I am one of you, because the only thing that seperates me is this body."
[11:01pm] Alivi: "No, the thing that separates you is your entire existence."
[11:02pm] Proto_Lost: Bart crosses his arms. "Dimitri! Jesus cut back on the asshole will you?"
[11:02pm] Gara: "All I ever did was try to live. And yet you stand here, and tell me I am not even alive."
[11:03pm] Alivi: "You are not, you have nothing living inside of you. On a fundamental biological scale there is nothing alive about you. I am not intending to hurt you but I am telling you the truth. And to be honest your insistence is quite frankly annoying and appalling. I will ask again for you to leave me alone."
[11:04pm] Gara: "I won't leave you alone. You stand against me even being classified as a living thing."
[11:04pm] Proto_Lost: "Alright, time out for everyone it is." He heads over to Dimitri and pulls him up.
[11:12pm] Gara: "He isn't worth it." She storms off.
