3. <color=#07f>NTF(Cadets, Lieutenants, Commanders and Facility Guards)</color><color=#fc0> may choose to not fire on</color> <color=#f90>Class-D Personnel</color> <color=#fc0>or</color> <color=#060>Chaos Insurgency</color><color=#fc0>, if they intend to disarm them or can negotiate a surrender. This works both ways.</color>
4. <color=#060>Chaos Insurgency</color> <color=#fc0>may choose to not fire on</color> <color=#ff5>Scientist</color><color=#fc0>s if they intend to disarm them. This works both ways.</color>
5. <color=#f90>Class-D Personnel</color> <color=#fc0>and</color> <color=#ff5>Scientist</color><color=#fc0>s may freely cross-team with each other at their own discretion, however may still fire on each other.</color>
6. <color=#060>Chaos Insurgency</color> <color=#fc0>and</color> <color=#f90>Class-D Personnel</color><color=#fc0>, and </color><color=#f00>SCP</color><color=#fc0>'s may freely cross-team with each other at their own discretion, however may still fire on each other.</color>
7. <color=#fc0>Keep music and micspam to local voice only. Turn off your radio, do not use the Intercom, and do not play into Spectator VC.</color>
8. <color=#fc0>Loud noises over the Intercom are not allowed, due to the echo effect provided by the game.<color=#fc0>
9. <color=#fc0>While</color> <color=f00>SCP-079</color> <color=#fc0>is an <color=#f00>SCP</color><color=#fc0>, it is not required to help or refrain from harming SCPs.</color>
