  7. -Made sure the Coalition of Nations dies off
  8. -Added extra clauses to the dissolution of the AFA, making chances for an existing Germany, or any of the three federations to gain their cores if they exist.
  9. -Added a way for the Netherlands to get cores on the rest of the lowlands
  10. -Added a way for the Netherlands to accept the Wallonian and Picard speaking population. Accepting the Picard has a larger requirement though.
  11. -Finally replaced KUH tag with the better variant KUK. This makes it easier to borrow changes from HPM.

  31. -Brought back the Yankee pops in the USA. Saw no reason they would all just assimilate
  32. -Integrated America Mini Mod
  33. -Used America Mini Mod to allow Spain to annex the Dominican Republic
  34. -Gave Pondicherry to France. Forgot why they somehow didn't own it
  35. -Gave Tarija to Bolivia since it looks better that way and the Bolivians owned it anyways.

  45. -Added some border French pops where French would have been the majority if they controlled the area for 40 years. Areas are Arlon, Luxembourg, Metz, Savoie region, Aosta. Also moved all German pops out of Franche-Comte with the idea of them escaping to Baden, Wurttemburg, and Sigmaringen.
  46. -Fixed crazy unemployment in Lowlands and Rhineland, also gave correct Liferatings. They were missing factories somehow
  47. -Fixed Selling Supplies decision for EIC

  50. -Removed Yankee pops from the pacific USA areas (converted to Anglo in Hudson Bay and turned to Dixie in Mexico)

  52. -Made so Mexico can refute destiny twice (when NEN wins the civil war, they can enact manifest destiny again)
  53. -Gave Orissa the color from HPM

  61. -Gave Napoleonic Spain a slightly less poopy color
  62. -Moved all of Political Events.txt from HPM to the mod.
  63. -Adjusted the ACW events file
  64. -Removed all vanilla localization files, the mod no longer has multiple localization files due to the first Napoopan not making new files. This should hopefully fix most of the text bugs you've been seeing and other stuff
  65. -Put in a picture for the Blood for Pomerania decision and made it actually give a core. If Prussia takes the land without this decision, they get no core
  66. -Made sure you could form Scandinavia even if you had Finnish as accepted, also made the decision to remove Finnish as accepted not give an alert
  67. -Made sure the Teutonic Empire and Prussia can't form the NGF or Germany if they agree to the federation
  68. -Reworked the Phillipine purchase events and gave them localization
  69. -Made sure the surplus sold decision goes to all countries in India.
  70. -Removed one event that instantly killed off 20 percent of all scots at the start of the game (why???)
  71. -Removed unnecessary "modifiers" that modified by a factor of 1 (which does nothing).
  72. -Fixed the Gran Colombian event chain (specifically the Republic of Central America never invading)
  73. -Removed all unused pictures.
  74. -Added in Irish woes event file
  75. -Fixed messed up liferating in Germany and Amsterdam
  76. -Added in Louisiana Purchase lands
  77. -Moved Westphalian capital back to Hanover
  78. -Added in core cleanups for Sicily and Naples
  79. -Fixed Rheinbund cores and allowed them to form Germany
  80. -Added in an event that makes sure migration outside the EIC is incredibly unlikely (if paradox coded this mechanic to work in reverse)
  81. -Made the Greek rebellion slightly more streamlined and made sure the capital is set inland so they dont always get a 12% loss at start. If they win, the capital goes to Athens though

  102. -Made Egypt a puppet of the Ottoman Empire
  103. -Put in the Oriental Crisis. It doesn't really change, except if Egypt wins they get the land they would start off with in HPM at start. If the Ottomans win they go through the same process
  104. -Removed ai only decision for British Civil War because they did the same exact things as the regular ones
  105. -Fixed the Russian Civil War messing up cores (any_core isn't a scope, I replaced it with the correct all_core scope instead)
  106. -Renamed RUS event file to RUSFlavor so it doesn't load in both RUS from the mod and the vanilla folder. Now it'll only load in the mod version
  107. -Fixed the MTTH and year for the Russian Civil War.
  108. -Moved order of AFA breaking up, it would first give land to Savoy instead of going through the Italian choices first.
  109. -Made the WE victory over France/French Kingdom/French Republic only happen if either country is AI. Also gave them new localization because "you been anexxed son" "anexxed" and are not good descriptions.
  110. -Moved a good amount of localization out of the vanilla files. Specifically all of the British War events. Removed unused localization such as Lucky Nations.

  112. -Put in CHLhist decisions file from HPM. Wasn't included by accident.
  113. -Put in appointment of Bismark decision.
  114. -Put in La Plata decisions (Now you can actually form La Plata and do other decisions. They're modified since Uruguay has no cores.
  115. -Put in Big Ben construction decision.
  116. -Removed some unused pictures for decisions/events.
  117. -Fixed some small bugs in BRZFlavor file.
  118. -Added in Simla convention, Aden Protectorate, and Trucial Protectorate decisions.
  119. -Fixed small bug in Colonial Spain file.
  120. -Put in Force Satelite Release decision text file since it was left out.
  121. -Put in the newer HPM events localization file.
  122. -Put in Eiffel Tower construction events.
  123. -Removed unneeded French Revolt event. It had no real reasoning and would just run out in 1865.
  124. -Gave a good amount of decisions pictures (Added in missing pictures)
  125. -Removed unused decision pictures (aka CSA 36 Parallel)
  126. -Moved and added some small decisions to Canada area (renaming and others)
  127. -Put in Commodore Perry Expedition decision as something that can happen if the USA is fast

  131. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russo-Turkish_War,_1806-1812 wouldn't have ended in a Russian Victory if Napoleon beat Russia. This would have instead ended in either a white peace or Turkish victory.

  133. -Changed the Claim to Spain event allow since it would just happen the first day. Now you need to wait until 1840 and have 15 prestige. I added a picture and made the ai not always do it (factor of 0.5 compared to previous 1)
  134. -Renamed Persia to Persian Empire
  135. -Gave Persia Derbent (1052) but not Gunib based on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Treaty_of_Gulistan, since I doubt the Russian could push for their full claims. (Also because it looks nicer)
  136. -Gave Herat and Farrah back to Afghanistan since they shouldn't have owned it (they gain cores on it when they do Greater Iran though
  137. -Reverted shape of Dalbandin back
  138. -Split Geneva in half, Repurposed Shoyna. Reasoning being France owned Geneva. Old Geneva renamed to Lausanne. Swiss still have cores on it. Pops roughly based on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geneva population of 1850
  139. -Changed Dagestan OOB since they don't own Derbent
  140. -Removed most 1861 pieces from text files.
  141. -Added a way for Gran Colombia to choose a new capital, choices being Bogota, Quito, and Caracas.
  142. -Renamed Napoleonic Italy to Kingdom of Italy, since that was their name https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kingdom_of_Italy_(Napoleonic)
  143. -Adjusted French OOB
  144. -Removed some unused tags
  145. -Changed the color of the Hudson's Bay Company to that of Rupert's Land. If feedback says it's garbage, I'll revert it or find a new one
  146. -Slightly adjusted Law of Guarantees by removing useless FROM part (which is stupid because it removes the cores and then adds the cores back with FROM. Stupid stuff that I forgot to delete)
  147. -Removed all Yankee pops from the USA (still in New England don't worry) by making them all Dixie
  148. -Adjusted Mysore annexation decision
  149. -Slightly Buffed South Africa by giving them a better leader
  150. -Gave all countries the new reforms
  151. -Renamed some tag filenames so it doesn't overlap with vanilla
  152. -Removed duplicate tags such as Neuchatel (from NEU to NCT which is used in vanilla)
  153. -Adjusted Naples color to that of HPM
  154. -Did what an anon suggested and gave New England an alliance with the British Empire and removed their core on that part of Maine. They can still gain the core if the Empire gives it to them.
  155. -Adjusted the "Great British War" by making the decisions NOT KILL HALF OF BOTH COUNTRYS SOLDIER POPS. WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT.
  156. -Moved American Capital to Richmond. If one wins the civil war, they can move the capital back to DC
  157. -Fixed the Mughal OOB, and the technology of Ireland.
  158. -Moved around 250k pops from British Union to Canada. Pops file is on http://pastebin.com/A0aU6xWV
  159. -Removed some files from events and decisions that were in both the mod and vanilla. This is because one of the modders made the mod replace the vanilla events and decisions folder. Since I removed that part, I removed the exact copy decisions you can get in vanilla automatically
  160. -Removed ugly spike on British-Hudson Bay border.
  161. -Adjusted British Union OOB and Relations (why do they have +150 with most of India?)
  162. -Removed stray Venice core
  163. -Gave Argentina the color they have in HPM
  164. -Fixed Guyanese cores
  165. -Corrected Brazilian cores
  166. -Fixed missing Reino Unido core on Oporto (522)
  167. -Started to move event and decision localization out of the vanilla vic2 local files.
  168. -Created decision to arm the transyvanians because the event was made but never actually had an event for it
  169. -Wrote event and decision for Guyana to be purchased if you own the eastern area (the area owned by Reino Unido)
  170. -Removed decisions and events for the British Empire to demand the inland colonies since Cape to Cairo would never have happened if they were forced into exile and lost South Africa.
  171. -Introduced independence for Brazil if Rio de Janeiro is occupied by rebels. Has a 20 day mtth which might be too much, but the event won't happen if Brazil loses her cores (which can be lost if the two countries are unified or if your capital is in rio).

  176. -Brought in HPM rebel types and brought in the HPM CBs and Cores event file

  178. -Possibly fixed a bug that ruined the Great Game CB due to it checking if BOTH the Russian Empire and Russia were both GPs even though only one can exist
  179. -Removed colorado rebels from Uruguay text file since Uruguay doesn't exist. Also removed colorado rebels in general
  180. -Gave Camguey liferating
  181. -Reshaped borders of Middle East
  182. -Gave Wallachia their cores in the Ottoman Empire, based off the same reasoning as Wallachia
  183. -Gave Egypt Palestine and most of Transjordan. Also made Hedjaz a puppet of Egypt. Will use that to base off different oriental war
  184. -Made sure the Coalition of Nations dismantled. Was fixed by making it fire if either France or the tag BOR doesn't exist and by adding in a missing OR = {}
  185. -Removed French pop growth decline
  186. -Fixed event regarding to when the USA owns either 158 or 157 that secedes them the land east of Oregon Territory
  187. -Adjusted events for NEN and USA. Fixes similar to below
  188. -Fixed some events and decisions regarding TSA and RUS. The problem was through the event/decision checking for a country flag, but if TSA won the civil war, they wouldnt get any events since they didn't inherit country flags. Another situation being an event that happens for both countries, but only Russia get's the later events.
  189. -Removed stupid payment events from Hudson's Bay Company and EIC. Also removed event that made sure the Hudson's Bay never went bankrupt by just making magic money.
  190. -Removed unnecessary event modifiers such as "nature of a vassal". Completely stupid. Might as well add a modifier for every puppet country severely limiting everything they can do.
  191. -Fixed Radical Reconstruction decisions. You now get cores on eachother. New England turns into the USA though. If any are against this, tell me why.
  192. -Made the EIC a vassal instead of a substate
  193. -Added in the Bahrain Qatar vassal relationship
  194. -Nerfed Sell Surplus decision. Went from 1.5 years of research to .5, cooldown increased to 730 days. AI 20% less likely (down from 100% to 80%)
  195. -Made AI less likely to do Doctrine of Lapse since it always resulted in the same situation for every game.
  196. -Gave Tirol to Austria but am looking for a compromise. Possibly will be something with regards to Illyria
  197. -Removed unnecessary events "introducing" Hyderabad and Mughals.
  198. -Made Indian confederation events dynamic so it can happen to either Japan or Tokugawa
  199. -Made Ottoman Empire cordial with Egypt, put Egypt into their sphere.

  201. -Fixed Indian formation to not require EIC. If the EIC is sphered, they get annexed though
