I'm being stalked on Reddit and all of my social networks for 2 months and no one believes me.

No one's helping me, and I don't know what to do. I don't know why he's so angry at me. I'm really scared. The hackers Subreddit immediately removed the post and I reported him for the thousandth time, and again nothing is happening. What do I do?
I wasn't sure it was him/her/them until he mentioned mentally ill again. I'm sure it's the guy.

Furthermore, I don't want to block all my info because of one sex deprived lunatic. But I'm losing it. And that's exactly what he's telling everyone that. Whatever I do, he has a comeback.

Moderators on GitHub and Reddit don't seem to be able to stop this guy.
It's obviously a one-on-one and sexual harassment don't stop.
How am I supposed to beat this guy? What would a hacker do?

All I said in my last thread that I would fix the bug, then I got COVID-19 and lost like 10 kg,  I'm on a lot of medications, they got angry I didn't do it and fixed the script which should have taken like 48hrs. Said I don't care and never did, and I told them that, and he's using what I say against showing up out of nowhere, EVERY TIME. I have no Idea how I wronged him or what I did that he resent me somehow.

so last on GitHub I proposed changing the high-level python AES minimalist codes to C - Python hybrid code using either intrinsic or go lower level (and with LLVM it's easier now) and add cpuid instructions to the c code to get cpu hw-acceleration capabilities and do a thorough branched code with also software level only for backwards compabilities. how is that a wrong assessment?

but the repo owner said no compiled stuff only python interpreter and I said I'll make another repo,
C, Cython or something write it and he can import the finished py modules if he likes and we left it.
another time I said the legal issues can create a chain reaction coming back to bite the repo so I proposed retreating to rust and LGPL, GPL codes and foss as a contingency. it was refused no hard feelings since I'm creating my own while helping them with Google OAuth and HLS as we speak.
but guy (i don't know how) is everywhere. Every social media I'm in he's there, turning everyone against me. people have stopped answering my messages on Instagram suddenly (there was no fights or anything) and I suspect he has something to do with it.  I googled he's Reddit nick there was nothing. suddenly EVERYONE blocked me.

look I've done desktop programming for years and I'm very new to networking I mainly do compute-intensive coding because I'm good at math and debugging some I'm somewhat familiar with asm. but the local market is hot for ASP.NET in combination of angular or react so I'm studying it.
so far I haven't reached security, reading python's ethical hacker or that stuff. Covid cost me a fortune I need contracts to pay my bills. I don't have time for hand-to-hand combat. and I can't convince moderators he is doing what he's doing and the ones that did, he just appeared out of the blue again. (I think it's multiple people).
should I confront him? did I steal his girlfriend or something? what did I do? I definitely did something real bad to deserve have someone like that killing me and he's right. since the last 3 weeks I've been on medications so yes I'M DEFINITELY MENTALLY ILL.
does anyone know what I'm supposed to do? (I really don't want to turn of the birthday etc. features it's my life I'd like to keep living it my way)
