  2. As far as Akio knew, sports have been part of his life. The most famous instance he can remember is being part of his high school's soccer team. It wasn't considered t he best, but with him and his fellow players, he always managed to get by with winning often. Being the best wasn't really a concern with him though, he understood far different values at the time. Teamwork, cooperation, playing around for fun. These things were installed into a young impressionable mind. He treasured being part of the team and had fun with it until he graduated from high school, well, at least as much as he could.

  4. But there was something incredibly bugging him around his last year of school. It was the instilled fear of what to do after high school. Most of his friends had decided what to do, and most if it had to deal with things he wasn't very interested in. A lot of students didn't want to apply to be a professional soccer player due to how hard it was to get into the league after you graduate. Akio felt the same way as other people did. Near the last couple of months he was assigned a pamphlet of what he wanted to do, and he decided to let it slip by until the last minute. As a choice he decided to just write down I want to teach physical education. As of this moment, he decided to stick with his flimsy choice. So Akio went to get his masters in teaching.

  6. While Akio was working on his diploma he noticed many of his friends from high school go into various occupations. Some of them opened restraunts, some of them go into business advisory. He slowly lost contact with them and felt disappointed that he wasn't able to contact them.

  8. After graduating Akio went and applied for many schools. In fact, the idol acadamy wasn't even an interest enough for him to consider it fully. The reason why he applied for it was because of how decent the pay was, and it was more than what other schools were offering at the time. At the same time he was hesitant to teaching the school because of how much extra work was needed for it. He was conflicted on whether it was worth that much pay or not. In the end though, the school had sent him an interview and he went and accepted it. It looked like he was going to be entering a very rough time to study for what he would need to teach fellow idols. It couldn't just be about physical education to him anymore, he also vigorously learned how to be a good singer.

  10. After a few years into his teaching career he first noticed a student with great potential. He soon began to focus a lot of energy on making sure she becomes number one in the spotlight. Over time he noticed that the student neglected his coaching, and the practices he was offering. Eventually she even stopped contacting him directly. He found out a manager was over taking the student with a better deal than he could offer at the time. Before he knew it, he had nothing more to do with his life. Immediately he felt abandoned and forgotten. Ever since then he has been coaching, but not caring as much about whether a student will succeed or not. He also has picked up daydreaming and envisioned the good times he had with the student.
