  26. 15:36:11 [Oraiana-WyrmrestAccord]: When the pain spikes really bad, that's a contraction. So however far apart those spikes in pain are.

  32. 15:38:27 Oraiana-WyrmrestAccord nods. "It sounds like they're pretty close together then. Let's get you laid down so Valerie can see what's going on. And how bad is your pain, scale of 1-10?" she asks, leading Grehda back to the surgical table.
  33. 15:38:30 [Valoradormi-WyrmrestAccord]: A cesarean is a surgery where she can't give birth vaginally so we remove the baby surgically, in some cases it's much safer because there is less danger of issues happening during birth. But trust me, I don't let anything happen to them.

  35. 15:39:08 Grehda-WyrmrestAccord growls and squeezes her eyes shut.
  36. 15:39:22 [Oraiana-WyrmrestAccord]: Would you like me to try to lessen the pain with heat? I can heat my hands and press them to the muscles in your back which should help with some of the pain.

  38. 15:39:46 Valoradormi-WyrmrestAccord dries off her hands the towel to Seng, "Okay, so we are going to get this started. Please stay a step back or holding her hand, I may ask you to move if things get bad, okay?" She offers him a clean shirt after, and heads back to the surgical room.
  39. 15:40:24 Txeptseng-WyrmrestAccord still doesn't really understand, but nods anyway and sets the soap down after washing his hands, shaking them out some. "A'ight." He pulls the shirt on and returns with her, standing off to the side and out of the way.
  40. 15:40:31 Oraiana-WyrmrestAccord focuses heat into her hands and presses them gently into Grehda's back, soothing the pain at least a little.

  43. 15:43:39 Valoradormi-WyrmrestAccord holds up an hourglass, and she begins to do the scan that Grehda is very used to by now. She looks over the information, and she smiles at Grehda, and she squeezes her hand, "See not so bad? So- is Ora's hands helping?"

  74. 15:51:13 Oraiana-WyrmrestAccord moves to adjust the height of the table and get Grehda draped to preserve her modesty and give them access to the baby.

  77. 15:52:00 Grehda-WyrmrestAccord takes the pills and the water, quickly downing it, ".... What were these?"
  78. 15:52:43 Valoradormi-WyrmrestAccord is going to give her the local injections while she is focused on taking the pills. She feels three sharp pinches, and then Valerie looks to Ora, "Please get me gloves and my surgical kit." She turns to Grehda, "Baby Safe pain meds."
  79. 15:53:13 Oraiana-WyrmrestAccord fetches gloves and the surgical kit and gets the instruments laid out neatly.
  80. 15:53:23 Grehda-WyrmrestAccord goes back to squeezing Seng's hand and nods. She heard "baby safe" so she's fine.
  81. 15:55:00 Valoradormi-WyrmrestAccord adjusts her magnifying lensed glasses, puts on a mask, and then puts on the gloves, "Doing good momma. Can you feel this?" Valerie does a very soft pinch to Grehda's belly, the medicine should have shut off feeling already.

  83. 15:56:43 Valoradormi-WyrmrestAccord looks over to Ora, "Scalpel," Grehda can feel pressure as Valerie uses an alcohol swipe to clean off Grehda's belly.
