	For people with a considerable number of friends in their facebook account, maybe you already know what I am saying. We always see this kind of post in our news feeds, a picture of Jesus or any other images with “Like and Share if you love Jesus/God” and sometimes they also include a picture of Satan and put “Share for Jesus, Scroll Down for Satan”. And for people doing this thing they do not consider it as a form of blasphemy, on the other hand, there are many religious people that condemn using the picture or name of Jesus just to gain popularity.

	According to the #1 source of assignments for college students, Wikipedia, blasphemy is the act of insulting or showing contempt or lack of reverence for a religious deity or the irreverence towards religious or holy persons or things. The word “Blasphemy” means “I Injure reputation” in the Greek language.

	Based on its meaning can we say that this act of sharing a picture with caption “Like/Share if you love Jesus” is a form of blasphemy? I asked some facebook users to answer with “Yes or No” to the question “Do you think sharing a picture with ‘Share if you love Jesus’ and the like is a form of blasphemy?” 88.57% of the participants answered “Yes” while the remaining 11.42% say it’s not a form of blasphemy.

Whenever they upload this kind of picture and you liked/shared it, there is a chance that your friends will see it too and they might like that page. 	Selling a page to website owners is a new way to earn money too, if you have a page with 50,000 likes and tons of activity you could sell it to other website owners to promote their website and products.
