Thanks a lot for asking me to provide feedback; I appreciate the opportunity to share my thoughts.

Generally, I would appreciate more autonomy and trust at work while being given the objectives and desired outcomes instead of being supervised the whole time. I believe there is a disparity between the office culture here at the client's site, and the way we are being managed. Unless this disparity is addressed, overall performance and motivation will suffer.

 I think we have a great team and it's a pleasure to be part of it.
