- Okay, the interview with consist of a series of scenario questions, follow by a handful of more personal ones to gauge your responses to the various situations and how you might handle being an gent.

- Alright.
- Mofo1995Today at 1:46 PM
- First question, you are playing in round as an antagonist and you receive a fax from the station regarding your antagonist activities. You are currently the only agent on the server but there are admins online. How do you handle the situation?
- Soultheif96Today at 1:48 PM
- Hmm, clearly it is biased to provide a response upon your behalf as CCIA, so it would be reasonable to ask that an admin is to handle the response of the fax. Otherwise if that is not doable, I would then provide a prepared fax for the admins to use that responds to command aboard NSS Aurora.

- Next question, you are handling an incident report where a human head of staff has reported a tajaran assistant for some infraction. How does the race of the involved personnel affect your investigation?
- Soultheif96Today at 1:52 PM
- As acting agent for NanoTrasen's CCIA, I would view both races as equals and treat the individuals as such. It is discriminatory to favor a human, more so a head of staff, over a Tajaran Assistant.
- Soultheif96Today at 2:00 PM
- Unless the details in the report includes a racial issue, then a resolution may be a re-education on keeping racial and political views behind while working on shift in NanoTrasen.
- Mofo1995Today at 2:01 PM
- Several incident reports are filed regarding a "Geroge Melons" and their activities. When you check the incident reports, they are all filed by the same ckey but they are all different characters. How do you proceed?
- Soultheif96Today at 2:06 PM
- I would check the dates on each report to see if it is consistent, if so, remind the player that the incident report is invalid as it is being processed by multiple characters under one user. If they are not, then a further investigation would be needed to gather an understanding of the incident, also remind the player that a report like this will not be acceptable in the future. I would bring it up to the head of CCIA to see if it is a valid IR before closing it.
- Mofo1995Today at 2:09 PM
- Next, your friend UM has an IR filed against him. All of the agents are otherwise occupied with IRs or on leave. You're the only available agent, how do you proceed?
- Soultheif96Today at 2:13 PM
- CCIA and friendship are to be kept separate as there is a line between professionalism and favoritism. I would approach it in an unbiased manner and handle it as it like work, not a friendship. I would request an agent to look at the possible resolution before finalizing the IR to keep it unbiased for the best of two parties.
- Mofo1995Today at 2:17 PM
- You receive an emergency message from the station from the AI saying "the situation is out of hand, send an ERT." When you check the manifest you see there are two heads of staff on station. How do you respond?
- Soultheif96Today at 2:20 PM
- I would fax the heads of staff for a situation update. If they believe they have it under control, I will then ask for an update in 30 minutes. If no response with 10 minutes, I would then send a response team to get a hold on the situation occurring on board of the station.
- Mofo1995Today at 2:31 PM
- You decide to investigate an incident report, however the reported personnel in your incident report fails to answer your questions for interview after two weeks. How do you handle the report?
- Soultheif96Today at 2:32 PM
- I would then remind them that the report is still active, but if they do not respond in a day or two, I will then close the report and the investigation. If there are records, it will be noted.
- Mofo1995Today at 2:37 PM
- That will be all for the scenario questions. Next, you have only been around Aurora for about 5 months, how well do you feel you know the server and its workings?
- Soultheif96Today at 2:48 PM
- Well, I am familar with how staff would interact with Cent Comm during my time as AI and also observing the staff in character. Outside that, I have also been in contact with CentComm once as ORION, who took up action and used his captain's access to get the attention of CentComm and inform them what is going on during the round.
- Outside that. For administration, I understand that the Head Admins are in charge of the server while the Head Developer handles the maintenance of server via coding. The Head Admins delegated their powers down to the admins and the moderators to help keep the server running while handling the players. The lore developers co-exist with the developers to implement their additions into the game through coding. The Wiki Maintainers is what the title states. As for the CCIA, they handle the IC interactions between characters as an acting representative of NT to keep RP going and also help respond to the situations that occurs on the station. I find one thing murky, I heard that CCIA is slightly above the moderators.
- Mofo1995Today at 3:04 PM
- okay
- I don't believe I have any further questions, thank you for your time.
- Soultheif96Today at 3:04 PM
- In short, there is room for understanding and clarity, but I feel confident what I understand of the server.
- Thank you.
