  1. - Process starts 10 days before the end of each month.
  2. - There is a 5 day bidding window then a 3 day window in which the winning servers must pay (2 days insurance).
  3. - (Maybe the timings should be automated, or maybe there should be an admin panel to start auctions, whatever you think is best/easiest.)
  4. - The sponsored page and user interface should be much like http://minestatus.net/sponsored
  5. - Server owners can log in, select a server from a dropdown box of all the servers they own then enter a bid and click submit.
  6. - Placed bids must be an integer and more than $50.
  7. - There should be a checkbox when placing bids to agree e.g. If you don't pay your server will be deleted.
  8. - When the auction ends a button appears for the top 5 servers which goes through to my PayPal and the correct amount. I'm guessing you will need some help with this part in terms of setting it up through my account.
  9. - As a reminder, the top 5 bids get an email when the auction ends e.g. You have won, click here to log in and pay.
  10. - After 3 days, from an auction admin panel I can strike through servers from the bidding list that have not paid. If this happens then the next server down will get an email and invitation to pay, and so on.
  11. - I will manually delete servers that don't pay so no need to do that. I will also then manually add servers to the sponsored section at the right time using the existing admin page.
  12.
  13. One additional thing, I would like somewhere is the ability to get the emails of server owners to contact them. This could go on the /admin page as an icon in the list next to delete and edit.
