But what I do is I always just pick an option by that time or roughly
(Note: this is not a replacement for reaction this is to prevent you from getting killed on wake up)
So let's say I throw a fox and I'm not reacting and he's 30%
I might just dash knee roll towards ledge when I feel myself being late
The idea is that theoretically even with a slow reaction time on that grab you never should get shined because you always should have covered something by the last frame it was guaranteed
So you might get 4-5 reactions and then feel slow and do this
And you might be wrong and have a happy little neutral reset instead of getting killed or takin 60%+
You basically just did the random read guess and got the % of a reaction tech chase
Setchi is gonna call me lazy but this is basically what the best players do but better as far as I can tell
...You can see it this way, you have to learn the timing for grabbing tip* guaranteed to do this properly
So what they'll have to do is perfect their reaction mechanics first and become faster and faster and practice til they intuitively understand when they're late
...and if you're late just grab and guess what you won't die trying"
