Message from the Head Mod:

Hi username, you have been selected to become "Helper", as a part of our staff team.

It's not quite Mod, but it's almost Mod. You will be considered a member of staff, a representative of our server, and our values. We stand for a fair and welcoming environment for all walks of life.

You are a friendly, and active member of our community, that's why we have selected you.

You will be given the following abilities:

- Discord staff chat - a Discord text channel with exclusively for staff to discuss important server matters, and rule breakers.

- Core inspect (/co i) - this will allow you to check block and container data for potential griefs. If someone reports a grief, you will be able to step in and assist, finding out who did it.  Screenshots of damage and core protect logs will need to be sent to our Discord staff chat for a Mod or Admin to take it further.

- Warns - you will be able to issue warnings to players who are breaking the rules. (/warn <player> <reason>) you must report all warns you issue to our Discord staff chat. You can see a player's warnings with /warns <player>. Depending on the situation, 3 warnings could mean ban. So only issue warnings where appropriate and have a really good reason to do so.

- You will be excluded from ranking - this just means, your rank will not change to the next player rank. However, if you donate, or earn enough time through /ot, we can manually add further rank perms underneath your Staff rank.

Should you have any questions or not understand, or believe that there may be an issue with taking up this offer, please let us know, and ask any questions over private message.

Your permissions and rank may be revoked if:
- You do not take player's issues and concerns seriously
- Your ontime decreases or drops
- Claims against you have been proven for abuse or misconduct
- or we think you are not suitable for this role for whatever reason

Progression is still available. Over time, you will still have the opportunity to be promoted to Mod or higher in the future. There are a few things we expect from our Moderators, that we would like you to consider, and make sure you are actively doing.
