UHC Plugin Features
The ability to toggle Absorption, Nether, tier 2 potions, Apple rates, flint rates, horse riding,
A /uhc menu that shows the game config and rules

Start uhc command that turns on whitelist, disables team management, Adds all players to whitelist, freezes all players, scatters all players into the uhc world, broadcasts the rules, when those finish open the uhc menu for all paysrs and countdown from 30 seconds to the start then un freeze players, enable the scoreboard, heal everyone, clear everyone's inventory, set a timer above the hotbar for final heal which will be 30 seconds after the start then set a pvp timer for 15 minutes, after pvp enables a meetup timer for 45 minutes. When meetup enables change the timer above hotbar to say meetup is now and show the border size
I want to be able to change the time of pvp and meetup before the game starts
And a command to shrink border using the 1.8 world border
