- I highly doubt that 1 single link yesterday causes you to lose ranking. thats very unlikely, must be something else for example serps shift naturally, probably your competitor sites just increased their rankings, dropping you down.

- From my experience this is completely normal. When Google finds new links to your site it temporarily will not be found for the keyword and then bounces back higher than it was before if everything goes as planned.

- Yep! It was only 2 days ago that the link was added, I particularly, have never seen anything like this in 4 years working with SEO and PBN's.
