“There's been some mistake.”

The succubus looks at me with what has to be the most exhausted expression I've seen on anyone or anything since training.  “I can assure you, there isn't.  I'm the resident healer in charge of urology.”
“Surely there are others.”
“I'm very good at what I do.”
“I don't care.”

It leans forward for a moment, holding the bridge of its nose.  It takes a deep breath and states “I'm not going to set off that collar, and I'm not going to do anything lewd.  Just sit down, and we can both be done with this before this gets any more depressing.”

My chest aches.  “Fine.”

“How often do you ejaculate?”

The sigh escapes my lips before I know that it's there.  “Never.”
“I'm being serious.”
“So am I.”
It looks up from the burnt remnant of a scroll on its desk.  “Well, then I'm already fairly certain I know what the issue is, but let's just double check.”  My gut is churning before the faint glow of its eyes tells me that the divination spell has started.

Its expression inevitably turns to surprise.  “You have three-”
“Yes.”
“That's-”
“I know.”
“Polyorchidism wasn't listed in your medical history.”
“Odd.”

After a moment longer, its eyes open even wider.  Confusion follows, before it looks to my face.  “Considering that the branch hall sent me here,” I start, “and since they must've already known about you, I'm forced to assume that they don't care if you know.”
“You already-”
“Yes.  It would be hard not to know such a thing.”
“But,” it begins, growing more confused, “how can you work for them?”
“Because they tolerate my existence.”
It mouths the word “tolerate,” before inhaling.

“How?”
“Infants don't have any resistance against breast milk.”  It's about to open its mouth again before I cut it off.  “What's the diagnosis, healer?”
At first it seems as though it's going to continue to fumble with the idea of my existence, but instead answers “You're being exposed to a lot of mamono mana.  Because of that, your body is producing more semen than it's reabsorbing.  If this keeps up, your epididymis could rupture.”
“Could a potion repair it?”
If I'd known I could hurt a monster so badly by going to see a healer, I wouldn't have put it off for this long.  “In theory, yes.”

“Good.  I'll take one of those, then.”

Everyone in the lobby is standing, staring at the corner of the room.  As I see the screen, I join them.

“-No specifics were given, but the shift to wartime production has occurred in every corner of their economy.  The information the defector brought with him shows as much as ten percent of the male population of Caithness has willingly enlisted in their military.”

“People of Megalos,” the man begins, quietly and sadly facing us, “war is on the horizon.”
