  3. Hello and welcome to the Official AUHCF Staff FAQ. Throughout this document you’ll find answers to various questions that you may have had in the past, have now or may have in the future. This document will include information from The Unofficial AUHCF Guidelines as well as completely new information.

  5. Staff Positions

  7. Trial-Mod (TRIAL-MODS MUST RECORD ALL BANS.)
  8. Main duty is to help all players in need. Most of a Trail-Mod’s work is oriented around chat monitation.

  19. Moderator
  20. Give to those who have passed the Trial-Mod phase. They are in charge of dealing with ban reports and deal with most types of player assistance.

  29. /ban

  40. Senior Moderator
  41. Senior Moderators can deal with Ban Appeals and Ban Reports. They have access to everything the previous ranks have as well as Faction DTR/thaw.
  42. Senior Moderators can be invited to the Recruitment Team.

  65. Admins have the ability to deal with anything all the previous staff positions deal with. They also deal with errors in our donation system and handle rewards for competitions.
  66. Some Admins are in charge of certain teams such as the Recruitment Team or Media Team.

  94. Manager
  95. Those who are in charge of certain departments are considered managers. For example, the Staff Manager, Shadings, is considered a manager and is in charge of the staff team.

  98. Developer
  99. Those who are considered developers are tasked with the development of the network, backend and frontend wise. They have access to all plugins and deal with bugs, etc.
  100. This rank receives op.
  101.  
  102. Owner
  103. These are the people who own the network itself. Usually their decision tends to be final.
  104. This rank is opped.

  106. Staff Teams

  108. Recruitment Team
  109. Exclusive to Senior Moderators. This is the team that is in charge of hiring new Helpers which means they deal with applications, observations and interviews.

  111. Ban Reports Team
  112. Any staff member with the position of Moderator or higher has the ability to deal with ban reports. There is no list of members as anybody, as long as they are at least a Moderator, can deal with this.

  114. Ban Appeals Team
  115. Any staff member with the position of Senior Moderator or higher has the ability to deal with ban appeals. There is no list of members as anybody, as long as they are at least a Senior Moderator, can deal with this.

  119. Level 1 Severity (Lowest level):
  120. Staff Disrespect - 20 minute tempmute
  121. Light Spamming - 10 minute tempmute (If continued add 5 minutes to the mute)
  122. Drama Causing - 10 minute tempmute
  123. Constant False Hackusation - 5 minute tempmute
  124. False Reporting - 5 minute tempmute
  125. Server disrespect - 30 minute tempmute
  126.  
  127. Level 2 Severity (2nd Level):
  128. PvP Timer Abuse - 3 day TempBan
  129. Hacking (Admitted) - 2 week tempban
  130. Insiding - 3 day tempban
  131. Glitching/Duping - 7 day tempban
  132. DOX/DDoS Threats to the Server - 3 week tempban
  133. XRaying - 30 day ban (If admitted 14 days)
  134. Death threats - 1 day ban
  135. Kicking and killing - 3 day tempban
  136. Dtr evading (Kicking a player so faction doesn't lose dtr) - 3 day teamban
  137. Using unapproved mods - 3 day tempban
  138. Trucing with unofficial allies - 3 day tempban
  139. Lying to staff - 3 day tempban
  140. illegal traps - 1 week tempban
  141. Nether portal traps - 1 week tempban
  142. Griefing - 1 day tempban
  143.  
  144. Level 3 Severity (Highest Level)
  145. Hacking (Not Admitting) - permanent
  146. Ban Evasion - permanent
  147. Use of VPN - permanent
  148. Alternate Accounts - permanent (all accounts)
  149. Autoclickers - Permanent
  150. Macroing - Permanent
  151. Player DOXing/DDoSing - Permanent
  152. Advertising - Permanent
  153. Real FULL names
  154. Phone Numbers
  155. Addresses
  156. Skype Usernames
  157. IP Addresses
