  1. Opening the developer console, in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.

  3. - (Open Settings Menu > Select the 'Game' tab > Find 'Enable Developer Console' option > Set the option to 'Yes' )

  5. ; ( Select the 'Keyboard / Mouse' tab > Scroll down to the bottom > Find where it says 'Toggle Console' > Click the box, where you can set a key, to be bound to a thing > Press the key you want to bind to opening console. (Recommended keys: +, ', /, -, L, O, P)

  7. ; If pressing the bound Key, does not open console:
  8. > Add '-console' to your CS:GO launch options.
  9. > Console will then open, every time you launch CS:GO. Do not close the console, if you want to use it without reopening CS:GO.

  22. Adding launch options, to Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, through Steam:

  24. - Open Steam, go to 'Library' where all your games are listed. Find CS:GO.
  25. - Right click CS:GO's name, where it's listed in your games list in library.
  26. - Click 'Properties'.
  27. - Under the 'General' tab, click 'SET LAUNCH OPTIONS'.
  28. - In the box, where you can type: Copy and paste, '-maxplayers_override 32', then press 'Ok'.
