  1. [19:46] Eivor says, "Fellas."
  2. [19:46] Eivor says, "Look."
  3. [19:46] Mars Okabe says, "I've no idea what you all stand for."
  4. [19:46] Eivor says, "Mars."
  5. [19:46] Mars Okabe asks, "Huh?"
  6. [19:46] Eivor says, "You might not go without boredom."
  7. [19:46] Raithe Djulkorren says, "You'll see."
  8. [19:46] Raithe Djulkorren says, "It'll be fun."
  9. [19:46] Eivor says, "A lil' Sheol baby has found their way here."
  10. [19:46] Hina Lam glances behind her to see that familiar drakanite who's been pursing her.
  11. (Hina Lam)
  12. [19:46] Mars Okabe asks, "...?"
  13. [19:46] Mars Okabe asks, "Sheol?"
  14. [19:46] Nerevar asks, "Huh?"
  15. [19:46] Mars Okabe says, "I've seen this guy in Dal'thala."
  16. [19:46] Eivor says, "White hair. Blue wings."
  17. [19:47] Nerevar says, "Think you're mistaking me for someone else, buddy."
  18. [19:47] Eivor glances towards Hina.
  19. (Eivor)
  20. [19:47] Eivor asks, "That it?"
  21. [19:47] Hina Lam says, "Yeah.. that's the drakanite that's been after me in the woods."
  22. [19:47] Mars Okabe says, "...."
  23. [19:47] Nerevar tilts his head to the side.
  24. (Nerevar)
  25. [19:47] Eivor asks, "Seen 'er when we were captured, too, yeah?"
  26. [19:47] Mars Okabe says, "KEKEKEKEKEKE."
  27. [19:47] Eivor says, "Or him. Bitch genderswaps."
  28. [19:47] Nerevar says, "...I don't recall any of this happening."
  29. [19:48] Mars Okabe says, "Hmm so it's word against word here- though..."
  30. [19:48] Mars Okabe asks, "Why would these two lie?"
  31. [19:48] Hina Lam whispers: They beat the shit out of me and injured me. Tried to capture me to drag me back to Sheol.
  32. [19:48] Raithe Djulkorren says, "That's tough."
  33. [19:48] Eivor says, "He literally injured her."
  34. [19:48] Nerevar says, "Mars, you saved me from that bastard Goblin years ago."
  35. [19:48] Raithe Djulkorren says, "Good luck."
  36. [19:48] Nerevar exclaims, "I'm not a bad guy, I swear!"
  37. [19:48] Nerevar says, "These folks just have me mistaken for someone else."
  38. [19:48] Eivor says, "You literally injured her mere weeks ago."
  39. [19:48] Nerevar says, "There's lots of white-haired individuals roamin' about."
  40. [19:48] Nerevar asks, "Huh?"
  41. [19:54] Mars takes a moment to think, now that they'd mentioned it...Nerevar did indeed get saved by the Okabe.
  42.
  43.
  44. "Yeah...yeah I remember. On the Bridge near Aphros right? Yeah..." The Okabes foot tapped amongst the ground and those oceanic eyes pierced the drakanite. Like a sword.
  45.
  46.
  47. "Eivor, Eivors girlfriend. If this man did truly attack you- what magics did they use when they attacked you? Do you recall? Also- I take it since you saw them when you were captured that they weren't even wearing a mask."
  48.
  49.
  50. A lazed wave of the Okabes finger would show disappointment.
  51.
  52.
  53.
  54. "Depending on your answers here and now, my next actions will be made. Think carefully, kekekeke."
  55.
  56.
  57. He'd stand calmly, no sudden moves would be made as of yet. Though if this was truly an assailant on their hands- They'd need to be handled accordingly.
  58. (Mars Okabe)
  59. [19:56] Nerevar crosses his arms and smiles. He would shift his gaze between Mars and those behind him, waiting for their answers.
  60. (Nerevar)
  61. [19:59] The Kitsune's arms cross despite her somewhat apprehensive demeanor. She'll opt to slowly make her way towards Eivor's side, away from Sabathiel's, approaching while staring down the familiar drakanite figure before her.
  62.
  63. "When Indulgence captured us, I do believe this man.. once a woman, was present. Things were hazy back then, until they, as a woman, stopped me on the bridge just outside of Aphros." A slight pause as she draws in a deep breath, never tearing her stoic gaze from Nerevar.
  64.
  65. "After being attacked and injured by this one, as a man, I can easily answer that question, having been inflicted by occultic, icy magics." That was the Kitsune's answer.
  66.
  67. "He, she.. whatever.. wanted to take me back home to Sheol." It is then that her gaze lingers longer, harder, and finally? A squint at the drakanite. The aura protruding from the girl was hostile in its intentions, and quite dense on the heat surrounding her.
  68. (Hina Lam)
  69. [20:01] It wasn't he who was assaulted by the Drakanite- nor was it he who ran into them twice, so he'd let Hina explain it so, idly shifting his weight from one foot to the other all the while.
  70.
  71. It isn't until Hina has spoken does Eivor finally allow his own lips to part.
  72.
  73. "No reasons to lie 'ere, Nerevar. We're not the bad folks and you know that,"
  74.
  75. There's a bit of pause, and then a couple steps forward until he was standing beside the younger lad, "If you want the thrill, go at it, you were bored earlier. But if you feel reluctant, it's fine too."
  76.
  77. Lightning momentarily flickers about his form, "I'm more than willing to scorch up this bitch."
  78.
  79. Another, slower pause, "Do trust your comrades more, though."
  80. (Eivor)
  81. [20:15] The Drakanite's trust seemed to be shaken to by a massive degree, and with the two victims presenting their stories implicating him, it would be quite a challenge for him to worm his way out of this one.
  82.
  83. So he didn't even try.
  84.
  85. With his arms outstretched, he claps his hands, slowly, one after the other. He doesn't look angry either, in fact his smile widens into a toothy grin. He's pleased with himself, after all the reminders of what he's done.
  86.
  87. "No need for theorizing, you little brats." He pauses, snickering to himself. "You got me. Everything she said was true, and I must say... I enjoyed every moment of it." His eyes widen, cold and demented, staring at Eivor and Hina both. "I absolutely adored what Indulgence did to you both, and that's why I'd love to see it happen again!"
  88.
  89. As he speaks, an occultic ooze begins to force its way out of his body, eventually enveloping him in it. "What do you think, Mars? Is that a good enough explanation for your liking?"
  90. (Nerevar)
  91. [20:17] Palade Avincus says, "Interesting."
  92. [20:23] The Okabe begin day dreaming mid-explanation. Though sooner than later, they'd snap out of it...whilst it may have seemed like they were not paying attention, they heard every last word.
  93.
  94.
  95. That was the way to act afterall, even if you know it all. Play dumb. "Hmm Occultic icy magics eh?"
  96.
  97.
  98. A moment taken to consider what'd been said. Their gaze then shifted towards Eivor. "It's not about you being bad folks, I uphold what is right and would simply hear both sides of the story. If I thought you were lying I wouldn't have tolerated this in the first place."
  99.
  100. Though after the words of Nerevar are provided?...
  101. A scalding mist begin to emit from the body of The Okabe.
  102.
  103.
  104. "I'd not have suspected you to be an occultist on top of attacking my friends, Nerevar. Not to mention you were inside my home...with such disgusting magic. Not only this, but you are also bold enough to admit it before me. How foolish."
  105.
  106.
  107. "Kekeke..." The mist spread and enveloped the group before turning to it's normal crimson hue. The Silhouette of The Okabe could be seen from afar if one squinted. They'd now entered The Blood Mist.
  108.
  109.
  110.
  111. "For your transgressions I'll be bringing you in. Less I decide to kill you first. Hiding right under my nose is an insult. I'll repay it to you here and now."
  112.
  113.
  114. Tendrils lashed out in attempts to grasp the Drakanite. There would not be an outcome so simple as walking away.
  115. (Mars Okabe)
  116. [20:29] Lonn says, "Hrm hrm hrm.."
  117. [20:30] The Ice-Born would lunge wildly past the tendrils, directly at Mars, almost like a predator pouncing on its prey. He wouldn't waste time with words, as bloodshed was the only thing he cared about in this moment.
  118. (Nerevar)
  119. [20:33] Lonn says, "Occultism rotted his brain so badly he can't even defend himself with reason."
  120. [20:33] Lonn shakes her head.
  121. (Lonn)
  122. [20:34] The façade falls, although there's not much of a reaction from Eivor- he didn't expect it to go on for much longer regardless. There's half a shrug, almost nonchalant in nature, as he'd briefly glance towards the Okabe, "Told you; the dude's a piece of shit. Trust your comrades, brother."
  123.
  124. Eivor does take a single step over to the side when the mist envelops the younger lad's form, shifting about, before plopping down onto the grass, his legs crossed onto the green below all the while even as Mars lashes out, striking forward.
  125.
  126. Lightning still flickers about- more than ready to follow-up should the Okabe stumble, despite his own injuries from Indulgence that weren't fully healed just yet.
  127.
  128. Though he doubted it'd get to that.
  129.
  130. "Try not to kill. At least not on spot, mate."
  131. (Eivor)
  132. [20:35] Lonn exclaims, "You already have one pet! If you're not going to kill him don't bring him home unless you're putting him in a cell!"
  133. [20:37] Lonn exclaims, "Wooo!!!!"
  134. [20:58] As the man lashed out towards the Okabe they'd be met through the mist with those gleaming oceanic eyes. A special case, was The Young Okabe. There was no room for failure. There was a name to be made, for the house Okabe.
  135.
  136.
  137. Weakness, could not be allowed.
  138.
  139.
  140. The Drakanite would see that sooner than later, their senses would've became dull. Not as sharp, lost within the mist. As it was easy for one to become. Glaciers of ice would be tossed with swiftness and ferocity throughout the crimson colored fog. All aiming to impale the Drakanite where they'd stood.
  141.
  142.
  143.
  144. Though they were not out of the battle just yet themselves, their occultic prowess was strong- enough to reduce some of the regenerative abilities of The okabe. This would not go unnoticed. Their magic control over the icy tundra was however countered with The Okabes own.
  145.
  146.
  147. A dance took place, but only one would escape the mist unharmed.
  148.
  149.
  150. "Making me Exert so much energy on top of everything you've already done, tsk tsk. I'd say you deserve nothing less than what's coming to you, kekeke."
  151.
  152.
  153. Enough of the games had been tolerated. Once weakened enough, Mars found his time to end the battle with Nerevar. A hand reached out and The blood mist had become hot, scalding. With the closing of The Okabes hand, the mist would enclose upon the man before him at once. Scalding their body and eating away at their flesh.
  154.
  155.
  156. Overwhelming them and bringing an end to this dance.
  157.
  158.
  159. Approaching them, lazily...emotionless. They'd grasp them by one of the horns atop their head and raise them to eye level.
  160.
  161.
  162. "I've already captured one of your kind...incase you haven't noticed- I'm not really much of a nice guy. I thought it'd be a chance to save them- to bring them back to the right path...but my original plan was to simply cull you all. I think I might just stick to that."
  163.
  164.
  165. An eerie grin emerged as those oceanic eyes peered at the defeated Drakanites body. Though surely, someone else would have an objection to The Young Okabes words.
  166.
  167.
  168. For Nerevars sake.
  169. (Mars Okabe)
  170. [21:05] Eivor's words are for the Okabe to not kill straight away. If anything, Sabathiel has a different idea for how this should result. "Mars, if you would-" A hand raises. "I think that maybe there might be a better fate to this one than just getting its head lobbed off."
  171.
  172. "Either send it to one of the prisons, to see how long it takes until we can properly mute this occultism..." Steps are taken towards the occult-infused drakanite of cold wings. "... Or exsanguinate it. Draw its blood, until it's no more."
  173.
  174. "So that all his sin leaves the body alongside." He wasn't the one to decide on their fate. No, it all lied on Mars to do as he wished. "It is your capture, after all. Or." A hand raises. "Take a limb."
  175.
  176. "Send it back. Cripple them; Send a message. Force them to use resources to feed and repair this one." Although there's a knit to his brows. "But if madness is the sole source of this behavior, perhaps saving them is probably a better idea."
  177.
  178. "A proper analysis to see if they're too far gone."
  179. (Sabathiel Caewynn-Dominic)
  180. [21:16] The Ice-Born would lose himself in the crimson fog that Okabe emitted, finding his senses overwhelmed by it, making it difficult for him to think straight. He mainly relied on the raw power of the occult to hinder Okabe's regenerative abilities, which increased his bloodlust even more.
  181.
  182. However, without realizing it, Nerevar had been lured into Okabe's trap. With his senses overwhelmed and his aggression heightened, his reaction speed was too slow to notice the scorching hand that was laid upon him.
  183.
  184. Screaming in pain as his flesh was scalded away, he staggered and collapsed to his knees. With no time to recover, Okabe lifted the Drakanite to eye level.
  185.
  186. That's when Okabe noticed something strange, Nerevar's pupils were dilated, whether from the occult power seeping through him or something else was unknown.
  187.
  188. He stares into Okabe's eyes, managing to grin through all the pain. "You won't do it... I know you won't!" He says in a mocking tone.
  189.
  190. For whatever reason, he seems oddly comfortable with the threats of death. Like he's anticipating it, or perhaps encouraging it.
  191.
  192. Nonetheless, the Drakanite was completely at the mercy of Okabe. Whether Nerevar's death was assured, rested upon the words of the others, and likely not himself.
  193. (Nerevar)
  194. [21:16] As the fight plays out Lonn watches closely, picking at her teeth idly. The end of the engagement levies a sigh from the faeborn, at first upset that she may have to deal with not one- but two bickering occultists in Dalthala.
  195.
  196. Yet as Mars threatens the life of Nerevar she winces.
  197.
  198. "Okay. Listen. I know maybe I said one thing earlier about killing him instead of bringing him home..-" Her hands ease out in front of her, motioning outwards and down, attempting to deescalate while moving closer. "You're too young to have mortal blood on your hands." She pauses, eyes scanning around her for any potential threats to them.
  199.
  200. "Seriously. Let's just take him home or leave him with a mark to contemplate or something. This isn't the righteous path, Mars, Nemea would not look kindly upon this killing..-"
  201.
  202. "-not now. Not here."
  203.
  204. The faeborn continues attempting to reel in her kin.
  205.
  206. "There are greaterhunts. More worthy prizes." She swallows, eyeing the grin on his face. "You're losing the plot. He's not a demon. That's someone's friend and family you're about to snuff out." The teen redirects her eyes in case blood is to be spilt, a look of displeasure at her visage.
  207.
  208. "Don't crawl to their level. It'll taint you too, y'know? No one escapes brutalities stench."
  209. (Lonn)
  210. [21:25] Eivor didn't budge from his spot all that much, form firmly upon the grounds below, legs crossed over- not minding the frost that'd creep up, clinging to his armor and that fur draped over his shoulder all the while.
  211.
  212. Spatters of blood were more than visible, despite the thicker mist which would envelop their battlefield, littered with blasts of frosted and Occultic magics alike.
  213.
  214. The bout only went one way, however, and Eivor would narrow his gaze, watching the Drakanite's body burnt- scalded amidst that scorching embrace.
  215.
  216. He'd finally pull himself back up, the crackles of lightning dying out all the while as couple steps are taken forward. Sabathiel's suggestions are heard, and Mars' declaration made, but-
  217.
  218. "This is your win, Mars. Your capture," there's a pause, then, azure hues shifting and glancing towards Nerevar, "And the little shit should die."
  219.
  220. That would be the justice; unprovoked attacked, the stalking, the hunt, the maiming.
  221.
  222. Against those he cared for.
  223.
  224. And such was his vow, too; that right path to walk- to push for, to strive for; only way he knew to make the continent safe for ones he cherished, only way to protect them completely.
  225.
  226. But this wasn't his call to make. It was Mars', but-
  227.
  228. "Only going to ask for one thing. It's neither you nor I who was hurt by him. Hina was the one he obsessively hunted for- she was the one he stalked everywhere, even all the way in Aphros, threatening, attacking, injuring."
  229.
  230. Another bit of pause, then.
  231.
  232. "After all her suffering and pain, wouldn't it be the justice to let her handle his fate?"
  233.
  234. A brief gesture over his shoulder.
  235.
  236. "Ultimately, we're comrades, an' it's your call. But that's all I ask of you."
  237. (Eivor)
  238. [21:29] Sabathiel Caewynn-Dominic says, "It is ultimately his call. If he needs the political support for whichever choice, I'll provide."
  239. [21:37] So many spoke at once, and their words were heard...though it was hard to change The Okabes mind. Lonn would've opted for the more peaceful route. Sabathiel honestly seemed to be indifferent- at leas this is what the fae understood.
  240.
  241.
  242. Then there was Eivor. A response given to Lonn, simply by calming himself. Her words would not go unheard.
  243.
  244.
  245. Though The Okabes gaze would soon after shift to Sabathiel. "Given their response, their attempts to lie and hide the fact that they were an occultist and attacked these two- it seemed as if they were intentionally doing this the entire time. This does not seem like madness. It seems more- calculated. Pre-meditated."
  246.
  247.
  248. A shake of his head would follow. "This is simply the path this one has chosen. They were not inflicted with such magic. They welcomed it, chose to harness such to cause harm to others. Stalking and maiming specific targets it'd seem. This is not normal behavior of a rabid occultist."
  249.
  250.
  251. The Okabe did not see it as just a chance that they randomly attacked due to madness. But that it was planned all along.
  252.
  253.
  254. Blue hues would eventually turn and land upon Hina.
  255.
  256.
  257.
  258. "I have heard all judgement but yours and have come to a conclusion of mine. I do believe Nemea will smile upon this day Lonn- for this was not a random act of the fel. I will await your words, Hina. Before going with what I've settled my mind upon."
  259.
  260.
  261. It'd all seemed to rest upon The Lam now.
  262. (Mars Okabe)
  263. [21:39] Lonn itches her nose awkwardly and turns away.
  264.
  265. "The full story gives a lot of context." She frowns. "I won't rob you of your hunt. Do what you must." The decision is out of her control. Her attention waivers and now she simply waits for it to be over.
  266.
  267. Whatever over means.
  268. (Lonn)
  269. [21:40] Nerevar remained silent as the others spoke, continuing to stare at Obake... Although there's a break in his smile—a slip up—when Okabe mentions the path he has chosen.
  270. (Nerevar)
  271. [21:40] Ryker Marino says, "Don't.... Ask..."
  272. [21:41] Curiosity says, "Or do- dealers choice"
  273. [21:44] A nod's given to Mars, along with a slight widening of his smile. Of course, there's little to be gained here either way from Sabathiel- Options were presented. The Okabe was the one who should pick whichever one fit himself the best.
  274.
  275. So, arms fall under the cloak, and he waits.
  276. (Sabathiel Caewynn-Dominic)
  277. [21:51] Palade Avincus asks, "Hm?"
  278. [21:54] Deep breaths in, and out, Hina remained just as apprehensive as before, even moreso now that both were engaging in confrontations - their clash was prodigious, and her azure hues watched with genuine attentiveness.
  279.
  280. Their prowess dancing along the fields were scrutinized from afar as the Kitsune delineates every hint of hostility in that exuding ambiance of hers - intensified heats of belligerence with no suggestions of friendliness in her demeanor.
  281.
  282. But eventually, all fights have to conclude, one way or another, and in this case? Mars would be the victor, preparing to cull the drakanite for their transgressions upon those of Meranthe.
  283.
  284. Within her stomach, an incessant impatience Hina felt within was jarring, and she was quite, in those very moments, anticipating Mars' own endeavors to do as he'd spoken of, yet -
  285.
  286. Those around her speak of release, of maiming, of sending a message, but for Hina's own ambitions in that state of vehemence? Something prompts her forward. A single step.
  287.
  288. None of her mien displays benevolence, no.
  289.
  290. "Sheol's people deserve to burn under the light of our Sun," she says, approaching cautiously, glaring towards Nerevar. "Including this one," spoken in a hiss, she'll scowl, glancing towards Mars then with a tilted chin upward.
  291.
  292. She draws in a deep breath. The girl wasn't confident herself, especially not because her attacker there within the Faebourne's grip had been incapacitated, but because this was her chance to embue one with opposing forces that she was met with not long ago.
  293.
  294. The closer Hina got towards the duo, the more she could feel that impulse contradicting the tenets of her deity's faith, but who's to say it should be blessed upon those that challenge the likes of Aphros, Frontier, and others of the Alliance on Meranthe?
  295.
  296. "Please, allow me to have this judgement, Mars." That determined stare speaks of her resolve - to inflict one's judgement upon another despite the nature of the situation before her.
  297. (Hina Lam)
  298. [22:02] Nerevar broke his silence upon Hina's proclamation. He seemed to be quite pleased with her decision, with glee in his voice as he spoke.
  299.
  300. "Do it, end me! Then I'll be with Lyseroth for all eternity, it will be wonderous!" The crazed look in his eyes never fades, only grows stronger.
  301.
  302. This man may have feared death once upon a time, but now? He embraces it, for the sake of his God.
  303. (Nerevar)
  304. [22:06] Hina Lam whispers to Mars Okabe: The judgement to do with them what I will - As they were who harmed me.
  305. [22:08] Eyebrows knit together. The mention of Lyseroth itself makes it all the worse. "He even says that." At what are potentially his last moments. Gaze falls on Mars.
  306.
  307. He knew what to do.
  308. (Sabathiel Caewynn-Dominic)
  309. [22:08] Words are heard, and he'd just nod- a slow, yet steady movement all the while. The Ualdir's child doesn't offer any words immediately, instead he lowers himself yet once again, eyes drifted to a close as his form comes to a rest onto the grasses underneath, legs crossed.
  310.
  311. "That'd be my vote, too," regarding both Hina's and Mars' verdict. A pause, then, "Looks like the Drakanite's, as well. Tired of his miserable existence, I guess."
  312.
  313. Another, slower pause.
  314.
  315. "Though it'd be fair to let Hina do it, I agree."
  316. (Eivor)
  317. [22:09] Sabathiel Caewynn-Dominic elbows Eivor.
  318. (Sabathiel Caewynn-Dominic)
  319. [22:09] Sabathiel Caewynn-Dominic whispers something.
  320. [22:09] The Okabe thinks for a moment, the words of Hina would be heard...she would be granted what she'd asked.
  321.
  322. Tossed onto the ground before her, would now lie the Drakanite. There were no words from The Okabe as he'd understood how revenge was to be handled...even if this was not the exact way he himself would go after such.
  323.
  324.
  325. A nod would be offered to the girl. He knew she would do what was necessary. There was not much else to discuss. The gloves were off. No more games would be played with the fel forces.
  326.
  327.
  328. Not if The Okabe had anything to say about it.
  329. (Mars Okabe)
  330. [22:11] Eivor narrows his gaze at his sworn brother and his words, almost squinting, but quiet otherwise.
  331. (Eivor)
  332. [22:11] Lonn says, "The kill should go to the hunter."
  333. [22:12] Lonn huffs.
  334. (Lonn)
  335. [22:12] Lonn says, "Whatever. Yours to waste."
  336. [22:12] Sabathiel Caewynn-Dominic says, "... Good choice anyway, Mars."
  337. [22:12] Mars Okabe says, "This will not be the last."
  338. [22:25] Strolling through the night, a distant light caught the child's peripherals. The disturbance in the woods drew her to the center of the commotion, eager to find out what all the fuss was about.
  339.
  340. Her curious gaze took note of all the surroundings individuals, though her hues were cast on three people in particular; the Kitsune, the Faeborne and the one of Sheol.
  341.
  342. Something within her mind, of her own thought, compelled her to intervene. Imploring at her to at least say, if not do something. Urgent steps are taken forward in a bid halt the execution, though before she is able to continue, the Drakanite admits seeking out death. No, begging for it.
  343.
  344. An incredulous look plasters itself upon her face. This was all too much for her vapid mind to understand.
  345.
  346. "Wait.. Hina."
  347.
  348. Her tone is raspy, and the words are barely able to escape her breath.
  349.
  350. "You're going to... kill… her?"
  351.
  352. A momentary pause, before she continues further. This time, her words were more concise and her tone seemed more persuasive than it did shaky.
  353.
  354. "Are you sure you want to do this? You'll have to live with this for the rest of your life. It'll keep you up at night.. and when you finally fall asleep, you'll have to relive this moment in your dreams."
  355.
  356. It almost seemed as if she was speaking from experience.
  357. (Arlyss)
  358. [22:38] That approval given by Mars authorizes Hina to take those still cautious steps forward towards Nerevar, glimpsing down upon the Sheol drakanite.
  359.
  360. "I remember the first time I saw your face there. The day Indulgence brought us both, but too soon we were knocked unconscious by your people." Hina's eyes close, and that scowl deepens, recollecting the events.
  361.
  362. From her's and Eivor's capture in Sheol to Nerevar attempting to attack Hina on the bridge. The Kitsune is silent, eyes opening to a half-lided gaze as she glimpses down upon him with a mien nonexistent of any cordial demeanor.
  363.
  364. The atmospheres were adverse of the sub-zero nature of the drakanite she'd fought before. "And I didn't recall it very well, at first. The day on that bridge." She was telling her story of their engagements.
  365.
  366. "It started to feel so familiar. You antagonized me about someone I love. Tried to capture me, twice."
  367.
  368. She'll crouch down towards the ground, glaring with such a deathly observance to Nerevar. "But, you know; I'd be lying to you if I said this wasn't a personal matter anymore."
  369.
  370. Hina shifts then, kneeling directly above Nerevar's head. Her hands are extended towards the drakan's forehead, allowing the flow of mana within her circuits accumulate at the singular focal point of her palm.
  371.
  372. "Maybe occultism really has rotted your brain so much that you can't truly defend yourself." Repeated words of Lonn that she recalls from earlier, and the Kitsune will permeate a pinnacle of heat within those hands, allowing a bright illumination of her prowess to conjure forth and wrap around the head of Nerevar.
  373.
  374. It is then - The Kitsune's eyes close to focus upon something of hushed words, particularly for herself, for Nerevar, and the group of peoples on standby. The lifestream ebbs and flows within as she'll open herself up to the deity of her people and to the Pantheons of Meranthe.
  375.
  376. "Jiuweihu, Lady of our Sun,
  377.
  378. I call upon you now to guide me in this prayer; let your light shine down upon us in these trying times, and flourish one with the light of your hope.
  379.
  380. The hope to cleanse away the insanity and instability of one's own powers overtaking them. Guide me, and allow me to wash away those corruptive magics in this one below me with your luminosity, of Nerevar here."
  381.
  382. A pray instilled upon the one below, however -
  383.
  384. That bright illumination of her mana crawls along the oscillations of Eternia, making way towards every main convergent point of Nerevar. It's aim was lethal in nature, and it invades, particularly towards the drakanite's temple, and within seconds thereafter, the Kitsune's eyes flutter open, brilliance of light shone within those azure orbs.
  385.
  386. "I hope that where death's embrace finds you, or whatever dreamscape you witch's can pull, you'll see Indulgence somewhere in it - you can tell that bitch I'm coming for her head next, too."
  387.
  388. And those flames will ignite within, fierce and zealous, aiming to sear, and burn internally the drakanite's temple and all convergent points of her circuits to cripple, perhaps enough that it's lethal - He'd feel the opposing sensation he had instilled upon the Kitsune weeks ago; a force of nature to diminish their own sub-zero temperatures, and raise them.
  389. (Hina Lam)
  390. [22:40] Hina Lam prays for Nerevar.
  391. [22:46] ** Hina Lam has inflicted an injury upon Nerevar. ("Convergent Point and Temple Burns", "Within the Kitsune's willpower, Hina's mana invades the main convergent points and temple of Nerevar, aiming to scorch those points and intensely raise the body temperature of the sub-zero drakanite. One could feel a long-lasting, searing pain, likely making the cast of any mana from those points feel fierce and excrutiatingly painful to perform. The head, however, receives the worst of that searing pain, as if the brain is raging from the flame of the Kitsune. Just the outer surface of the brain is vehemently damaged.", "Permanent", "Severity: CRIPPLING (-40 VIT)") **
  392. [22:54] Lyco Sarrius asks, "See?"
  393. [22:56] The Drakanite, hoping for death, laid at the mercy of the Kitsune he had claimed as prey for years. Despite his demeanor, he didn't feel good about going out like this. There was certainly doubt, as he recalled memories from his friends that tried to steer him off the path of madness.
  394.
  395. But it was far too late for that now. The flames crept inside Nerevar's temple, searing everything in its wake. Naturally, the screams of pain were immense, perhaps the worst the onlookers had ever heard. Fitting for a man who's being incinerated alive.
  396.
  397. His eyes drained of color, and eventually the screaming stopped completely, the cruel power of winter that emanated from him ceased completely. His body collapsed entirely onto the dirt below, seemingly lifeless. It seemed the job had been finished.
  398. (Nerevar)
  399.
