You have five fucking axes, they're heavy and you can't hold more without impeding yourself
You can use three fucking axes without hurting your damage, use four and your attack speed is halved, use all and you can't attack you retard.
If you want more axes stand fucking still so he can make some

Range: meelee or whatever

Passive: Sharpen
If troll axe guy is standing still for some period of time he starts sharpening his axes because he's not retarded. His next attack will pierce some percentage of armor. Additionally, he gets more speedy the less axes he carries, getting totally sanic with bonus 25% ms with no axes. If he has no axes he says fuck it and rides his grinder because he's one badass motherfucker, if he hits someone in this state his ult cd gets longer next time he uses it, because he just wrecked his grinder on some fag's face while doing massive damage.

Q spell: Throw axe.
Takes one axe resource
Does your attack damage, sticks in a champion if it hits them but is lost otherwise
If it hits a champion they are slowed for X seconds or until you pick that shit up. They also bleed for X seconds

low cooldown second cooldown

w spell: Poison
Seriously, stand fucking still for a minute of your life so he can put some fucking poison on those axes. Animation/execution is similar to graygass drink

E spell: Rage
You throw a shitton of axes in a cone but the damage is in vectors. The axes are thrown at random times in random directions in this cone but do a shitton of damage. The axes can't be picked up again. Is a gamble

Dat ult: An axe to grind.
That grinder is for more than making fucking axes.

Grind some asshole's face in it for a short period of time or until you're interrupted with a stun/knockup whatever. this incapacitates their ass like a malz or urgot ult.
