If you download the Go app, you’re all set! When you arrive at the store, open the app and scan in with the QR code presented. Note that this is a different QR code than your returns QR code.

If you already have the Amazon mobile shopping app, you can find a QR code within the app. Simply open the Amazon mobile shopping app, click on the cart (upper right hand corner), scroll through the list of options immediately below the shopping cart until you reach ‘Amazon Go’. Choose this to generate a QR code for you to enter the store. Note that this is a different QR code than your returns QR code.
