  1. Hi there,
  2.
  3. Thank you for contacting Coinbase support, and sorry for the delay in responding.
  4.
  5. Over the past several months, we’ve experienced a tremendous amount of growth, and as a result haven’t been able to respond to support requests as quickly as we’d like. We’re growing our team to continue to improve our response times for you moving forward.
  6.
  7. In many cases, delayed payments or transactions are identified and corrected automatically. If you’ve already received your funds or had your issue resolved, then you do not need to take any further action.
  8.
  9. We’re sending this email to help you with common SEPA deposit and withdrawal issues.
  10.
  11. If you’re experiencing difficulty with a SEPA deposit, are having trouble verifying your bank account for withdrawals, or missing funds, please read this support article before replying to this email: https://support.coinbase.com/customer/portal/articles/2921693
  12.
  13. If the steps outlined in that article do not resolve your issue or you had a question about a different matter, please just reply back to this email and we’ll be happy to assist you further. Please do not open multiple cases, or your response may be delayed.
  14.
  15. We appreciate your patience with us as we continue to grow, and look forward to helping you as quickly as possible.
  16. Thanks,
  17.
  18. Harrison
  19. How satisfied were you with the quality of service we provided today?

  26. Hi,
  27.
  28. Unfortunately after 3 weeks of first contacting you my bank account is no closer go being verified. As previously stated I have ensured that my bank account is eligible for verification and deposited over the required amount for verifiction.
  29.
  30. By taking a simple look at my account, it is clear go see that the required amount was deposited over 3 weeks ago and yet my bank has not been verified. I was also told a specialist would be looking at my case which I presume never happened otherwise this issue may be resolved by now.
  31.
  32. I have alreaey provided my account details in a previous reply. I hope this can be resolved very soon as this issue has already been drawn out far too long.

  71. I have completed all the steps before sending the deposit and yet my bank account remains non-verified. Can you please look into it as I have clearly completed the steps and deposited over the required amount to verify my bank account and it still hasn't happened.

  102. Hi,
  103.
  104.
  105. On the 8th of January I deposited exactly 10 Euros into my account to verify it after being informed 6EUR was the minimum needed in the previous email. Two days after the deposit was cleared, I am still unable to withdraw the funds from my coinbase account to my bank account even though I have followed the instructions to verify my bank.
  106.
  107.
  108. I hope you can work quickly to help resolve this issue as the money being held on coinbase is direly needed.
  109.
  110.
  111. Thank you in advance for any help you provide.

  128.
  129. In order to deposit or withdraw funds to or from your bank account via SEPA transfer, you will need to be sure your SEPA bank account is verified at https://www.coinbase.com/payment_methods.
  130.
  131. Please be informed that the minimum deposit amount is 6EUR so that your bank will be verified.
  132.
  133. Also, please note that all SEPA deposits and withdrawals must be done with Euros, as GBP withdrawals and deposits are not currently supported.
  134.

  147. Hi,
  148.
  149. I recently made a deposit of 1.20 euros into my coinbase wallet in order to verify my bank account in order to make withdrawals from the account.
  150.
  151. I made the deposit on the 8th of december and after 4 days the funds appeared in my coinbase EURO wallet. For some reason though, this process does not have seemed to verify my bank account with the coinbase site.
  152.
  153. I was wondering if this was some sort of mistake and if so could it please be corrected in order for me to make full use of the site.
  154.
  155. Thank you in advance for all your help.
  156.
  157. ~ Ethan Gawne
