Teleports from Namek to Earth

He remembered the sensation of Instant Transmission perfectly. It was another aspect of all of this he hadn't planned out beforehand, but when the opportunity presented itself he had been more than attentive. Now that he had experienced it firsthand, figuring out just how the move worked was child's play. To his surprise, it was nothing like his earlier attempts at forming a wormhole. It was simple, effortless. Cell was eager to try it out.

The bio-android looked around himself, the landscape around him nothing but a flat layer of brown dirt as far as the eye could see. He reached out with his energy, feeling the life force of each Namekian on the planet. They were all oblivious, surely having felt their planet tremble from the blast, yet ignorant to all that had transpired. Truthfully, though, Cell had no interest in them. He pushed beyond the planet, reaching through empty star systems of the cosmos, until he finally reached Earth. Yes, there they were, the entire lot of them, no doubt right back at his tournament ring.

Grinning broadly, Cell threw his hands out at his sides, blue crackles of electricity spinning around his form now. This power...it was truly...spectacular. There was no other way he could describe it. He had never needed to absorb another cyborg to reach the next level of perfection; a relatively simple zenkai had just given him all the strength he needed. Gohan was going to pay! They were all going to pay dearly for the humiliation they had dealt him!

Cell put two fingers on his forehead and aimed himself for a planet far, far away.

'They really think I'm gone, don't they? Pathetic.'

Cell was concealed less than a mile away, listening intently with his Namekian hearing.

'What listless rabble. They're so concerned about what is thousands of miles away that they miss the true terror lurking right under their noses.'
