Funny enough, the ORAS spread is actually more appropriate in BW. The SpD allows Klang to avoid getting 2HKOed by Zebstrika's Overheat, and the Def is for avoiding the 2HKO from Ursaring's Close Combat. The Volt Switch might seem odd but Klang's resists and bulk make it an excellent pivot and member of hard Voltturn teams.
