protip: if you have played any of the following titles illegally, you are fucked under most crack methods: Bioshock 2, Army of Two: The 40th Day and Bad Company 2. There was a tarp on those images, and I tried to warn you about 3 weeks ago but noone listened.

Anyway, instructed not to allow appeals if those game id's appear on the db under your xb live acc.

The consoles + external HDD ID's are being flagged, NOT live accounts.

That list isn't complete, there are 422 pages, so 15192 being banned in this first wave (which is 100% compliance positive ID), and the second wave which will be in mid-May or so I think, which we are looking at 98% and above compliance ID.

It's all in the heuristics if someone gets banned, playing just 1 game illegally doesn't ban you because there can be false positives etc. Too much of a law suit potential. Depends on the mod used to crack Xbox (surprisingly, the common method isn't the most popular because of the Asian market - they are FAR more advanced than what most USA/Canada/UK/Aus systems are being cracked with - largely undetectable).

Nah, it's just console bans. I have another list with the console ID's but thought this would make more sense. Keep in mind, if your console is banned with an active Gold subscription, your account will still be debited fortnightly even if the console you played it on is banned and haven't logged on to a new one. So many rich people (or we think it's kids who use parents CC for monthly Gold accounts don't want to tell their parents they pwned their $300 console) keep on paying and never use the account again after banned.

Our functions are seriously just compliance. I review gamer bans (eg, that kid exposing himself lately was a great lol in the office and then banning him to 9999 was gr8 - could've indefinite banned but more fun banning that way), review appears, review complaints that get passed level 1.

If you care to know how the complaints system works, basically, someone complains about a player, it goes to level 1 complaint support who filter out the stupidity (and swearing saying 'THAT FUCKWIT KILLED MY CUNT CAT BALLS' will get it auto disregarded), then its passed up to my team for further review. Try to do it all within 48 hours or so... it's pretty cool and automated. We can view all sorts of shit about them.

havent been online with my box since summer 2009 i think, maybe even longer, and that was only to download a system update and the box was modded at the time. before that i havent used my live account in forever. (so you see as i rarely used the live service anyway i did not care if it got banned also it already has red ringed and is clamp fixed so who knows when it will finally break down for good) but i wasn't banned.

Not sure if i got banned in the meantime and i am not really eager to find out since i still have ixtreme 1.4 (i lost my means of upgradings since my new comp has no compatible SATA controller and i am too lazy to buy one of those cards) and i just patch the new games with ppfomatic.

Anyway, i take it if i try to log on i will probably be banned or be logged for the next bannign wave. am i correct? just curious about the offline logging stuff that supposedly bans you the next time you go online.

Wave detect is the ban type, and this ban wave is just for wave 6 detects. SQU ID is the 'SQL USER SERVER IDENTIFIER', which is what SQL server their client information is loaded on.

Ticks are 15 minute blocks of time used on the subscription service.

Flang is minutes since last logged on, negative numbers meaning they're logged on now and have been for that period of time.

I bought Perfect Dark because my down-syndrome friend said it was good, Toy Soldiers too because it was actually good, and then I figured with the 400 MSP and free month of live for buying all three, Scrap Metal would pay for itself. I also downloaded the Games Room App and got 70g in it. All on March 29.

any lag at all affects gaming, even 1ms will affect the game.

Fight games especially have problems with lag because the timing is very precise. your gat console shooters just "aniticipate" where people move and predict lag hence why you end up with floating hitboxes and host advantage.

Yes, but they can be "fast enough", and N has made them as such. N is faster than your ISP provides to your home. If you're gaming at the office or some other situation where you have a kick-ass connection, then you might want to stick to wired for the speed boost in download. Games are designed to work damn well with 4meg connections or slower, N handles far above and beyond that.

I can not stream HD 1080p over my wireless network when I can using the same software wired and my router is supposed to have a bandwidth of 54mb/s wireless which I never reach even half that. A net of zero. So minuscule that its negligible for fucking anything because the TCP/IP was created knowing that it would happen (in fact, a large part of why it happens is due to the way the protocol works).

Wired is magnitudes better. Most Wireless-N routers these days still have 4 GIGABIT connections. That's shittons better than the wifi. But it's only useful when dealing with your LAN, because no ISPs (in the states at least) even come close to pushing what N can handle.

If I were to play Pirated XBLA games and regular 360 games off of a 2 Terabyte USB drive and use a different pen drive as a memory unit with just my Gamertag data on it, is there anyway for you guys to tell that my particular gamertag is coming from a batshit insanely awesome jtagged system?
