Hello,

You clearly do not understand why our rules regarding advertising private servers and other games exist. Since you are unable to comprehend the reason for these rules and insist on presenting the positive aspects of the private servers without acknowledging the unethical and illegal actions taken, your account has been permanently banned.
Please enjoy the game community you have chosen.

Well it's kinda hard to check my registered e-mail as I've used this to contact support for years and they've never had any kind of problems with it + for some odd reason players aren't allowed to access website during IG ban.
Yes ofc I would be mad if someone stole a game that I created, but seeing as it is impossible to " get it back " I would rather ask them to co-operate or try to shut them down - which probably won't happen. Like if someone copied my business idea, I wouldn't threaten my
clients and punch them in the face if they speak about it in near me. I would ask them who's the thief and in this case and try to shut them down or work with them rather than against them. That's just mine and entire servers opinion so not like it matters I guess. PWE in general just doesn't realize that everything good comes to an end. Always.
Yes I would like to get my account unbanned. But first answer me this: if someone warcries or pms me " where have you been ? " should I answer " I am not allowed
to talk about it " or just the truth " In a private server that has higher exp- and drop rate, GMs who reply to IG pms and are often online. " , or something in between like " Been playing on another server " ??
PS. I'm not the bad guy here. I wouldn't promote anything that people wouldn't enjoy. Take this message exchanging as an opportunity to suggest improvements to the developers or 2 europian servers will most definently vanish.
PSS. In other servers, yes, illegal and private servers that are not
supported by PWE and owners are filthy thiefs, have suggestion boxes / threads to improve the game. EVEN IF the improvements take time, they are worth it.

Hello,

Your account is currently temporarily banned; if you had read the notice sent to your registered email, you would know this. If you no longer wish to have your account, however, we will be happy to permanently close it.

The professionalism of the staff running the private server is not the issue; the fact that they are violating the Terms of Service by stealing the game and running it for profit is. If you had created something and someone else was advertising saying it was theirs, you would not be happy, would you? In the same way, we do not appreciate persons stealing our games and then, through unsuspecting players such as yourself, stealing our player base.

Please cease your promotion of private servers or your account will be permanently banned.

What do you mean " result in being permanently banned " ? It IS BANNED, so don't imply things like that, thanks.
Don't underestimate the private servers staff, they are actually professionals just like most of PWEs staff is and really know what they're doing.

Hello,

The private server you are advertising does not pay access and licensing fees for the game; this is why their server is instable, not updated, and prone to a variety of game and service failures. They are not in any way condoned or accepted by PWE or the game's owner, Wanmei.

PWE can only offer the options and abilities that Wanmei provides with the game; PWE does not produce the game, it only maintains it.

Thank you for your suggestions, but please be aware that any continued discussion regarding private servers will result in your account being permanently banned.

It's not advertising if I answer peoples question to satisfy their curiosity about what I've been up to. Are you saying that I should not answer to questions that I am asked ? That's limiting freedom of speech and it's really low even for a major company with $500mil value in stock market, everything does not revolve around money. Maybe you should contact these private servers and offer them partnership. PWE's gaming popularity shouldn't restricted to one way of handling problems such as lag,
offensive language, bug abusing etc.
Allow advertising, offer to buy a share of private servers stock/ownership - increase revenue of the company. BoI as PWE knows it has come to its end mostly in Europe anyways. Don't just ignore this suggestion as " nah too risky " comment, forward it to your whatever team is responsible for this kind of things and think about it. I've talked with poseidon servers " big guys " and also with Gemini a lot about merger, private servers and new servers, and no one is
against it. Or do like China boi does, merge same lvl servers with eachother and start new servers for the newbie players ( maybe with increased xp, drop rate? ).

You are also banned for advertising a private server; if you do not cease this activity immediately, your account will be permanently banned.

Please review the Terms of Service more carefully, as they state that the game and its assets "are the proprietary property of PWE or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright and other proprietary rights laws."

The TOS also states: "PWE may take any actions and impose any penalties we deem necessary to discourage and punish any violation of these terms or any other illegal or inappropriate conduct, all without prior notice or warning. The determination as to whether a violation has occurred and who is responsible for such act is solely within PWE's discretion, and is based on what we deem best for the community and the Website. By using the Website, you agree you will be bound by PWE's determination as to whether a violation has occurred and any penalty we choose to implement."

Since when has warcrying " wts acc " been against the rules ? If it is then I won't do it again. Oh and by the way, your terms of service says " protected by the US copyright law " but the accounts are physically located in Europe. So basically according to your rules, any european accounts can be sold.
And PLEASE fix that " check your e-mail " thing after a person gets banned. They neververnever get any kind of email.
