Dream scene 3

[On the following night after the second dream, when you go to sleep]

Your dream is perturbed once again.

You find yourself in a black void, although you feel solid ground beneath your feet.

You start to walk, before you hear a giggle coming from behind you. Turning around, you see a mass of black goo shift and twist, until it settles into the form of little girl, no older than twelve. And then it speaks.

"Hello."

You gawk.

"It wants [Player] to name it."

What the hell. Is she asking you to name her?

"What would [Player] name it?"

It seems she is.

[Next]

Give her/it/whatever a name:

(Regardless of the name you choose, she will be refered as [Symbi] in the code)

[Next]

"[Symbi], [Symbi]..." she says, apparently testing how the name sounds. After a few seconds, she smiles, "[Symbi] loves it! [Symbi] loves [Player]!"

She runs up to you, gives you a hug [if PC tallness over 70 inches: although she can't even reach your chest] and starts nuzzling you.

"[Symbi] wants to know everything about [Player]. [Symbi] wants to be with [Player] forever " she says, looking at your face, her eyes and smile becoming wider "[Symbi] will make sure it and [Player] are always together."

Her grip becomes tighter, and her breathing becomes frantic.

"Because [Symbi] and [Player] are one. Forever and ever."

You push her away and ask what she is.

"[Symbi] is [Player], silly! [Symbi] just told you!"

You repeat your question.

"[Symbi] doesn't know... All [Symbi] remembers is a horrible smell, and darkness..." she says, frowning. Then, her face lits up, "And then [Player] appeared and saved [Symbi] from all of it! That's why [Symbi] decided to always be with [Player]!"

Wait. Horrible smell? And darkness? And you took her away?

Oh god the goo from the Bazaar is alive.

You ask her how she got into your head.

"[Symbi] doesn't know! She just knows that it could do so to bond with its chosen one, and so it entered [Player]'s dreams to learn all about [if PC male: him][if PC female: her], so it could be perfect for [Player]!"

You tell her that, even knowing so much about you, she's still just a black blob with the figure of a little girl. She pouts.

"That's because [Symbi] hasn't gotten to the details yet! It only knows that [Player] likes [if PC adult/elder: little girls!][if PC child/teen: girls his/her age!] That's why it took this form, so it could be closer to perfect in [Player]'s eyes!"

Suddenly, a bright light starts appearing all around you. [Symbi] gasps.

"No! The dream is ending!" she screams, "But... but [Symbi] doesn't want to be apart from [Player]!"

But despite her protests, the light shines brighter, until you are completely blinded.

You wake up.

So, apparently you have a guest in your head. That's... something. [if PC spoke with Rathazul: Maybe Rathazul can give you more info on this.]

As you get ready for the day, you seem to hear faint, soft crying in your head.
